Hi everyone. My name’s Rob and I’m the European Product Manager for Buzz!. I’m really happy to be able to share some great Buzz! news with you all in my first post here on SCEE’s PlayStation.Blog.
Very soon, we’re going to launch a brand new space in PlayStation Home called Buzz! HQ, where you can chat and meet up with other quiz fans in a new lobby area or take part in a multiplayer Buzz! quiz game extravaganza.
The game works by making you run around the studio to answer questions, all of which are taken from the best content that you’ve created on the MyBuzzQuiz.com website. Four coloured answer buttons are laid out on the floor and you need to make sure you’re standing on the right answer when the time runs out. The winner’s decided over four rounds, and there are a number of exclusive prizes up for grabs for the greatest players. I’m hoping this is going to be really great fun, and bring a great new Buzz! multiplayer game to PlayStation Home.
So keep your eyes peeled for the new Buzz! space, which will be live very soon. In the meantime, check out our pictures of the space and let me know what you think.

The Buzz! space will be playable in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish and use MyBuzz! quizzes from those languages.

Video says, “Joined Buzz! Studio” but you guys called it Buzz! HQ. Just curious which one it is.

Buzz! HQ is the overall space name, so you’ll select Buzz! HQ from the World Map. Buzz! Studio is the quiz game area within the space.

This looks like a competitor to the 360’s 1 vs 100 – i know it probably wasn’t directly intended to because obviously Buzz has been around much longer than that, but even still – looks really good.

Looks awsome and i love quizes (ask everyone at the MVp quizes on Home) , one quick question whill the question get updated fairly regularly, as there’s nothing worse than questions starting to repeat themselves

Like most people I’d already heard about this via the US blog and saw the video they had on there. I was about to ask why there was no video on the EU Blog post but it turns out there is but it didn’t embed into my feed reader… is that fixable?
Hopefully I’ll be able to stop reading the US Blog at some point and get all my info from here.

First fo all I have to say how great it is that the SCEE Blog is finally live. I hope it is as informative as the US blog,, and I must say that I am impressed with what I am seeing so far.
In regards to *this* post, I do have a question. Once the Buzz! space has launched, will there be any further updates made to the space, like adding more games etc. Also, if it is in your power, can you make Buzz! merchandise avaliable in the shopping centre, like a big model of Buzz himself for your apartment
, or even posters or Buzz style furniture.
