Buzz! Comes To PlayStation Home

This is all really cool and stuff but completely useless worthless for millions of people.

- Why, you ask.

And I can answer that.

- Because Europe is not only UK, Europe is also Portugal, Spain, France, Holand, Germany, etc. (I can keep naming countries) and the content of this “game” will be ONLY in english, am I wrong? No, i’m not! Thank you.

So, now you see my point when i say “useless” and “worthless”. That’s not i can’t understand english, but not all of us can and above all, not all of us must.

Recapping: i’d prefer not to have this kind of spaces instead of have “english language dedicated spaces”.

This is very very frustating!!!

By the way, I’m Portuguese (with very PRIDE).

I guess we (on other countries) have to move on on that… for them, Europe is only UK…!

It’s times like these i wish i had born a citizen of the USA. They have all the best in content matters, etc. and here in Europe only UK has something like that, the rest means nothing to them.

I suppose this is a good idea although I’m not interested myself. Well, I’m not interested in Buzz! otherwise either so it’s no surprise… But Buzz!, as far as I know, is pretty popular, so this ought to be good for PS3 (and Home).

And maybe I’ll try this myself, too. Prizes are always nice

Looks like great fun! AND a lot of people can play at the same time, great! That´s the thing that´s wrong with almost all the other games in Home. So, great idea and use of the buzz concept in Home.

Sounds and looks cool, I have Buzz! but none of my friends have it. Will they need to have a Buzz! retail copy before they can enter the Space? (like RE5 has a exclusive space)

This looks like a really neat feature for Home. The first of many to come:)

Will it be possible to game-launch – being a dane it seems that there are BIG problems in getting the sofa vs sofa games, might be better to find someone in HOME, furthermore since we get the same questions no matter what Buzz! Brains of ….. why not make it possible for everyone to meet, when we play our own games it shouldn’t matter what language you get the questions on.

Terrific news indeed! I truly hope that Relentless Software will indeed be occasionally updating the Buzz space with tons of new questions so that we could always have a reason to come back buzzing!

I must admit when I first used Home I was sceptical, but stuff like this keeps dragging me in. I really like the way Sony is taking Home at the moment.

I’m italian and i hope that Sony considers more, we Europeans, with this blog.

This is such a great idea. And making it multiplayer for up to 64 people was genious. I cant wait to get my new PS3 and bend my brian with all sorts of trivia.

This will probably be a very popular Home space. Good job!
One question tho: how does the camera work? Sometimes it looks like there’s an overview where you can see the question and answers at the same time but there’s also the one where you have the cam behind your avatar. How does that work? Can you switch between the two?

The Buzz room looks like a SUPER idea and it looks to be well executed. It should bring even more people back in to Home.

The one thing that really bugs me about Home though is that there appear to be frequent new updates to the main Home application which result in downloading of the latest version. Oh, the Cinema has updated, needs a new download. Oh, the Mall has updated, need a new download… You get the idea.
Recognize that Home is in ‘Beta’ (?) but it would be good to have a stable Home space for a while.
