Yesterday, the wait officially ended as inFamous hit stores across Europe. Would-be heroes (or villains!) from the UK and Ireland can grab their copy tomorrow on Friday 29th May, and the game arrives in Australia and New Zealand on Thursday 4th June.
inFamous is already gathering heroic reviews (Spong – 92%, IGN- 9/10, NZGamer – 95/100) but if you want to experience Cole’s devastating powers for yourself, download the inFamous demo from the PlayStation Store or check out the inFamous web game and interactive video at www.infamousthegame.com.

This is without a doubt the best designed, most fun and the most addictive game out on the PS3.
Nearly finished my run through as the good guy (100%’ing islands along the way) and am looking forward to playing through it again as the baddy.
Thank you Sony and Sucker Punch for this gaming gold.
I love the fact that Sucker Punch just created an awesome game they wanted and didn’t crumble under people’s opinion and so left out MP and toned down the graphics for the good of AWESOME physics and powers.
Not many devs have the guts to just go with their heart this gen and most of them just want to put in as many features/ graphics as possible (despite knowing it’ll be crap) just to try and sell the game but Sucker Punch didn’t do that and just created an awesome game their own way.
Thank you so so much, great game.

Unfortunately i don’t have “teh monies” at the minute, so i will have to buy it in a couple of weeks (after exams are out of the way aswell – stupid AS levels getting in the way of my gaming…)
Game looks fantastic though and i am really looking forwar to picking it up

This game is indeed great (I’m not just saying that because I work for Sony by the way
) I’ve just unlocked the last island – have been busy collecting shards, dead drops and unlocking all the territories along the way – so should be looking to complete the game (as the good guy) soon.
I’m looking forward to a second run on hard mode, whilst wielding the red lighting – I think it does look better than that goodie blue version
I usually only like to play games with a moral aspect as ‘good’, but this game doesn’t make me feel too evil for wanting to ransack the city rather than helping it.

i got my copy yester day absolutely brilliant is my opinion my only ‘isue’ was that uncharted 2 beta codes were pre order only unlike in the usa where as far as im aware you get a code instore aswell!

SQUEEE!!! got the special edition yesterday and spent a good 9 hours playing thro the game, is it just me or does everyone else see little subtle similarities between this and the sly cooper games ( the animations, etc) tis a kick ass game and i hope they follow up.

I tried the demo also, wasn’t too impressed but took a chance and got the full game … much better than the demo but needs target assist as sometimes by the time you figure out who is shooting at you its too late…

Superb game. It’s even more addictive than Crackdown. The powers you get as you unlock the next island are insane. You feel so powerful and the physics, they allow a great volley of attacks, you can even fire elec rockets and then post fire divert then using targeting. None of that was in the demo, if you didn’t ‘feel’ it during the demo, give the full title a try. Best game of 09 for me so far. Well done.

Hi guys, when I tried demo of inFamous I tought that was not as good as everybody told (I ordered my inFamous Special Edition 1 week before I tried that pre-demo), but by now I think is one of the most adictive game of year and a really nice realized work stuff – history – playability – hard level.
Congratulations to Radical, impressive game!!!
