With the start of June, here’s a quick glimpse of some of the games and packs that will be arriving on the PlayStation Store this month. There will, of course, be loads of trailers and behind the scenes videos coming out of E3 this week too, which we’ll be adding to the Store on Wednesday and Friday.
Fat Princess
Late June, Fat Princess will be rolling onto PSN! The online mode will include multiplayer for up to 32 people where you’ll be trying to rescue your beloved princess from the opposing team and their magical girth-expanding cake.
Trash Panic
Since the first preview at last year’s Tokyo Game Show, the feedback about Japan Studios’ Trash Panic in the gaming press has been anything but rubbish. This addictive PS3 puzzler will be equipped with Trophy support, online rankings and even a very nifty YouTube video upload feature to show off your best strategies.
The full game will be hitting the Store in early June, along with a very helpful tutorial trailer to help you get to grips with the finer aspects of eco-friendly waste management, Trash Panic-style.
Numblast
Numblast will be arriving on the PS Store for both PS3 and PSP late June. This colourful puzzler will include online rankings, and if you gain enough points you’ll earn trophies and unlockable content too!
Ghostbusters PS3 demo
Don’t cross the streams! The Ghostbusters demo is due out soon after E3 exclusively on PSN, so can join the boys in grey as they slug it out with pesky poltergeists in preparation for the release of the game in late June.
PSP
A number of classic PSP titles will also make their debut as digital downloads from the Store. We’re expecting Ape Academy 2, Everybody’s Golf 2, Syphon Filter Logan’s Shadow and WipEout Pulse Platinum to be available during the first two weeks of June.
This is just a small taste of all the great content we’ve got lined up for you in June. We’ll bring you more information about the new LittleBigPlanet costume packs and loads of other downloadable content for your favourite PS3 games in a separate update.

i like how the ps store keeps getting stronger and bringing more quailty games and demos . heres me thinking i wouldnt ever be interested in digital downloads when i 1st got my ps3. keep the content flowing guys great job

Havn’t seen much of trash panic. but looks good.
Also can you guys get more videos in your posts, rather than just images, like trailers of the games mentioned, just to keep us lovely gamer fans full of anticipation

By the way you need to sort out the dates on the news bit at the bottom of the sidebar on the right. I think this is a feed from the eu playtation website. The latest one say 6/01.09 but all the others below that show 1/01.70 (meaning 1st January 1970!!) Never knew playstation even exsited then let alone a news article on a Fuel Interview or E3 2009!! LOL

I’d still like to know why Trash Panic was delayed, but it seems like they’re going to completely ignore all questions about it until the release and then act like it wasn’t delayed at all.
It’s a SCEE published game so why can’t we get any answers? I’m finding it interesting that everybody who asks about the game gets ignored. I’d prefer to be told if there’s no information to give rather than be ignored.

This is all great news
Having been fortunate enough to experience the Fat Princess beta, I must say, there is a whole lot of fun team-based zany combat coming our way. Can’t wait to see what the other maps are like, the first one was a blast!
Since the last few weeks of E3 preview videos being released like crazy, one of the ones that really stepped up for me was Ghostbusters. I’ve gone from a doubtful interest in the game, to frenzied anticipation, because it actually looks like it’ll deliver that authentic Ghostbusters play I’ve been hanging out for since I was little. I mean, this game will bring me back to the many years playing with the hose and cardboard cutouts with siblings and friends PRETENDING we were Ghostbusters.
Now we really get to see what it’s like, and I can’t wait!

hello there , i have been checking the conference and i couldn’t help myself notice that although we had more and better games than the competition, jack tretton is just a poor host(is doing i am sure a great job but he lacks that showman confidence ) and all the big announcements were poorly choregraphed. all i am saying is get Big PHIL HARRISON back just to show those guys how to host a show and promote a game .

this is completely messed up!
No Ghost Busters demo.
No God of War 3 demo.
No Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 demo.
Worst E3 just like last years.
Everyone, start looking forward to Tokyo Game Show and GDC events instead. E3 is just a complete waste of time! Best E3 was 2006.

I’m pretty sure the fist time i read the article, it said ‘by weeks end’.
Now it says, ‘due out soon after E3′.
???
Dont annouce anything unless its a sure thing, thanks.
I just hate telling me mates, “this is coming out blah bla”,
then nothing is delivered.

some great stuff in the pipeline, keep it up .. but what I want to know is when are we gonna get a video store? it’s already been rolled out Ststeside and yes we know copyright is different for us here but can we at least get some dates or even an idea of what to expect? placeholders? .. Why should we suffer when Europe clearly has the most users and sales? US PS users see all the good stuff and we get bugger all .. this applies to Home spaces too .. sort it out guys, like yesterday!! disgruntled yet strangely happy ..
