omg just started playin the beta today. its awesome! definitely best graphics ever. i think the co-op mode is a lot better than competitive but competitive is still awesome. uncharted 2 might even rival Another Code R for game of the year 2009.

Any way, i really want this game, the beta is brilliant and considering that isn’t the full game, where there will be more boosters, maps and hopefully weapons, i can’t wait. I would pay for this beta on the p.s. store as a psn game for maybe £15-20! That just gave me an idea, why don’t all games come up with a prologue version like GT so we can try a large chunk of the game out for a cheaper price than the game?

so, say you share the beta code, why can’t I play for 24 hours after someone downloads it, this is kinda lame, i played for 3 hours last night am completely hooked, but now i cant play, and i have no idea when i will be able to.

I hope they do proper in-story co-op for the third game (if any).

This is just the kind of game that I could get my girlfriend to play with me if she could jump in and out from the secondary character.

This looks awesome. Still have hard mode to blast through on the first game to get all the trophies before Uncharted 2 is released.

That helicopter scene is incredible. From jumping across the rooftops, to the chopper blowing out the walls, with the eventual collapse of the building, it all looks amazing. super immersive and no doubt this title is going to be one of the games of the year for me.
Look forward to playing it

I’ve been playing the beta all morning and it’s great fun, really enjoying it. a couple of little things that i’m not too sure about though.
Whenever you quit the game the ps3 seems to restart instead of just going back to the XMB. A couple of my friends have had the same problem on the 60GB console.
Also, during some of my matches the screen has gone black and respawned everybody back at the starting position spawning with only the AK47, which can be annoying when you’ve done some hard work to get the more effective weapons scattered around the map, such as the M4.
Also, with the medals that pop up after doing certain things will the proper game show them in a kind of reward section?

I can’t wait for uncharted 2. The first game is one of my favourite games on PS3 and it looks like the second is shaping up to be another future favourite. Any news on a release date?

Oh and giving us a taste of the game with the beta is just cruel! There are going to be a lot of players with major withdrawal when the beta ends.
