Where is Final Fantasy VII in french? 3 Weeks later…

Sony will never be so serious as the xbox live.

i just looked at some of the classics that are already rated for UK release by pegi on the PSN. and how can this week be so slow on updates when there are games like tekken 2 and 3, wipeout 2097 and wip3out, Twisted Metal, all 3 cool boarders are rated.

i mean im not gonna bother with tekken 2 because thats right US have had that forever and as have i because of that. do company relise they are loosing money in specific regions because of a lack of universal releases.

Ridge Racer, Ridge Racer Type 4, Klonea and Tekken 3 would have been amazing releases today. They are all Pegi rated and have been for 18 months.

Disappointing update.

Why are us Europeans, Australians & New Zealenders always left out. I would be surprised if America was left out for once.

I am officialy proclaiming this as the worst update ever, is it even fair to call this a Playstation Store update?

Boo hoo you cry babies! Stop moaning that there’s no content this week and how the US always gets more than us. Have you forgotten that we (in Europe) got VidZone, only last week. Remember that’s not even available in the US. You’re not telling me you’re bored of all 10,000 music videos already, are you?!

Not true that Europe got Vidzone! Only a select few countries did!
It’s not true saying EU got vidzone because only a few countries did!

I love this selective deafness/muteness or even blindness that Sony EU has regarding the whole US and other store content distribution thing.

aww god! dissapointment once again by scee.if scea can keep good content on there store week after week month after month..why cant scee? I though things where gona stay like that with store updates we have been getting? bitter dissapointed in todays upadate! well thats if you can call it a update lol.

any chances of a blog of future titles that are in the works for us EU guys, i mean i can take a guess we aint gonna get the tekkens until tekken 6 is due out.

Okay, it’s a little bleak this week but guys please give SCEE some slack! We had an awesome update last week so you should all be at least somewhat forgiving that it’s a little bare this week. I too am a little bit dissapointed with the lag time between the two stores, but i’m sure this will be resolved in the future. By the way, do you guys know if we can expect operation anchorage next week? Bethesda said late june and there is only 1 more update in june left, so any confermation?

When are we even getting a real video store over here? Surely with the store on PSP in America now Europe should be getting some love? I have 500gb of space and money in the bank. Come on SCEE give me something to buy each week

With this kind of bad content for the European Store, they should allow us to buy content from the US store or even have currency exchangers just so we can buy content off the US Store.

I want to get a couple of the Rock Band tracks but when I go into the Rock Band section on the ‘Latest’ tab, there’s nothing there and it just says ‘No content was found’ at the bottom

Why no answers for FF VII in France?

No to seem rude but surely you could have found something decent to add to the store. There must be hundreds of PS1 games too choose from.
You could have even put some PSN games on sale for this week but we get SFA. You really need to show your EU/AU/NZ and whoever else falls under this region some more attention.

Wow, Sony! To say this week’s offering is pathetic would be an understatement of epic proportions.

Fat Princess ought to be released today.
for the last half of a year i didn’t give a damn about all the psn stuff. just waiting for Fat Princess. it was supposed to be released today, and i’ll be really really upset if it won’t.
next week i’m going on a two-week jaunt, so future release is totally unsatysfying.

so, i hope SCEE realise that UE GAMERS DO WANT FAT PRINCESS TODAY!!1

Why is the EU store so much worse off than the US store? Europe is now Sony’s largest market but yet SCEE don’t seem to know their arse from their elbows. Also could we get the sections in the EU store to match the US, a list of recently added and top downloaded items on the main page would be handy….

Also why don’t we see more movie trailers? These don’t need to be localised… If anything I’d like to see movie trailers for films from different parts of Europe.

Where the hell is the French version of Final Fantasy VII?!!

Vidzone might not be available in America but they get TV shows and movies don’t they.

Anyway, how hard can it be to release something like Bomberman Ultra in the US and europe at the same time. It can’t be that hard. Sony admitted ages ago that the Playstation store and Home are much better in the US than here but they’d sort it out but they still haven’t.

And as for release dates. Release dates for retail games are released ages in advance. Obviously games are delayed and release dates change but if they do change we’re told and its not a big issue. So surely the same can be done for PSN titles. If something is delayed and won’t be available on the previously announced date then another announcement can be made telling us of the delay.

I am really surprised seeing so many people disappointed by SCEE and no official answer as for this fact. Besides being disadvantaged by its price, the playstation 3, in Europe, is also disadvantaged by its playstation store, compared with US and JAP versions… A little bit bizarre as political, no?

Will next weeks content make up for this weeks slow content?

@mike so don’t announce dates. just say we are looking into bringing this or this to the store.

or right now you must know whats coming next week or the week after. drop us a little hint.

oh and again thanks for the reply, this is great im having a convo with a guy from sony made my day off worth while despite the update lol.

This weeks store update is like going to a supermarket and finding nothing but a couple of pieces of stale bread and a rotten carrot on the shelves!

Also, just like to share my opinion.
When I got a ps3 I was like “Wow, what great games” then I got a psp, waited for Silent Hill and WipeOut and I was happy. Since then, every update, every game release has seemed like a bonus. It’s amazing how much there is coming out – It’s mind blowing.

Ever since then I look forward to Friday mornings (in NZ btw), loading up to see something new. It’s like every day is my Birthday. All this stuff that I didn’t even ask for.

Sony you had a two awesome products, and you just keep spoiling us with content. Even if there isn’t anything that appeals to me some weeks, it’s just like “Wow, you did this for me?” Thank you for the weekly buzz, and all the effort you guys put in to each and every week
