Its been a week since burnout big surf island, kz2 maps, cod:waw maps and vidzone, and you guys expect more stuff already? Cut them some slack, last week’s update was awesome and I’m sure we’ll see more updates like that soon enough.

SCEE you need to start taking your consumers more seriously…

Why is it that we are always the one’s you get the short traw on stuff? SCEE get your stuff together…the service being provided is not adequate.

The European base is just as important as the Japanese and American.

Disappointing to say the least. All my friends have bought Bomberman on the US store, but my old TV can’t play NTSC games properly so I have to wait till it’s released over here to play. By the look of it, I might as well forget about playing with them, or play it in black and white.
FFVII still not there, without any update on its status, Fat Princess apparently delayed (WipEout HD anyone ?), MGS not available either.
And apparently european price for FFVII is not matching currency exchange rates anymore…
Way to go SCEE.

I agree that we have has a massive week last week but I just find it upsetting that week in, week out the AU store gets terrible treatment (bar last week). I’ve been looking forward to Metal Gear Solid since it got it’s release date and the minute I saw that release date I rushed onto the PS Store to put my money in, prepared for it’s release.

Also, I think I’ll pass on GhostBusters . Apparently the game can be completed within 5 hours and is terrible quality compared to the 360 version. I find that weird seeing that the PS3 was the lead console. I still have a bit to go in inFAMOUS so that will keep me busy till next weeks update.

Will you be buying Fat Princess when it gets released? If so, I’d love you play against you .

Mike, mate… i dont wanna seem ungreatfull because i appreciate all the updates. but man, allot of us thought after E3 the tide had turned. we were not told or given a FF7 date but we were all surprised and happy to get it at the same time as the states. whats going on man, i seem to spend more money on the American store than i do on my native UK.

i know youve repeated the same statements, but surley you aswell as us can see why we are getting frustrated as PSN users. i never mind metal gear solid, which we all want. what about Resident Evil, its been on the jap store forever and the US store for weeks. yet not even an inckling. you know what maybe nice. if we get a preview of whats coming in the coming weeks. for example can you blog a little spoiler of whats coming to the store next week or in the upcoming weeks. no firm dates just tell us whats in the pipeline so we can keep the faith?

Poor update, but it can be redeemed if the Blast Factor Trophy patch is released today – can you guys shed any light on it’s whereabouts? The developers insist they submitted it to SCEE at the same time as they submitted the US patch to SCEA over 7 freaking months ago, yet it’s still not avaiable to EU gamers. When I heard the game would be getting a trophy patch I bought the expansion pack and eagerly awaited the patch before playing through the game again – even if the damn patch isn’t coming out ever, i’d at least like to know, rather than futiley loading up my copy of the game every few weeks.

You replied to his suggestion of announcing upcoming content, fair enough, that’s understandable.
But you dodged his question regarding the release dates of the US and the EU.
If Microsoft treat the 360 the same in EU and US, why doesn’t Sony do the same?
Especially seeing as a PS3 can play imported Blu-rays, surely digital distribution should allow for content to hit all territories simultaneously?
You guys frown on us setting up American accounts so we can get US content and buying US pre-pay cards so we can purchase, when you pull stuff like you do it doesn’t leave us with much of an option does it?

2) I understand you don’t want to give solid release dates because you (SCEE) don’t want to disappoint. HOWEVER, leaving us in the dark entirely is frustrating, delivering content months late is disappointing AND to top it off, the competition gives us these dates and delivers which is gut-wrenching to a loyal customer like myself.

What’s worse I ask you? I believe that SCEE needs to be proactive, establishing relationships with developers and their European/Australasian distributors (emphasis added) to date and deliver content in a timely fashion.

The level of service delivered by SCEE to date is entirely unsatisfactory.

Wow, great update /sarcasm. Someone else takes magic and sam and max, and we take motorstorm livery. I suppose SCEE is doing all they can to avoid our money…It’s incredible how Europe is the most important and the most forgotten market for Sony. Anyway, other money for SCEA and MGS…I suppose we should also talk about home and buzz space…well, doesn’t matter…

Slowly im getting mad, Europe is the place where the PS3 sells big time, alot better then the US. Still Europe gets treated like trash. Cant understand that.

I see on PEGI’s website that there over 20 PSone games rated for PSN that we still haven’t seen released?

Just an idea would be to say that PSone games are coming and give us a few at a time rather than drip feed us on rubbish

Hey, where’s the Blast Factor trophy patch?
As someone before me said, as long as we don’t get this and the Last guy patch, I won’t buy a game from the store.
If there isn’t even guaranteed post release support, why bother?

I just hope SCEE recognizes that there are a LOT of people who are not content with the servce we recieve in Europe compared to the US.

Living in Europe sucks. Companys like sony and microsoft pretend we dont exist sometimes. And why oh why can’t fat princess be released when it is being released in new zealand, another PAL area?

Is there any chance of seeing more full game downloads on PSN in the same vein as Burnout Paradise? Really wish someone from Sony would comment on this, either yay or nay.

In fact you should have a Q&A session with someone in Sony management, Andrew House or someone. Sure PS3 owners would have some good questions and suggestions.

Horrible thought but aren’t we meant to have the Fallout 3 DLC in June? Next week is the last week of June, how much do we wanna bet America get it and we don’t?

Thats just the point, you shouldn’t have ‘slow weeks’.. weeks like now when there’s hardly any new full priced games released are ideal for you to release demos or downloadable games. Honestly someone at SCEE needs to engage their common sense chip, the last game i bought was Infamous and the next one i’ll get is probably Batman so this week i would gladly have bought Fat Princess, MGS or Bomberman etc. The best way to keep people shopping on the PSN is by putting up great content consistently week after week. Also instead of everyone having to scour the internet every thursday morning can’t you at least release some kind of list giving us an idea of whats coming and when. When will be get Wipeout Fury DLC, Motorstorm PR DLC, Fat Princess, MGS, Bomberman, Trine etc. If i know when these are coming i can set aside money for them for a start!

VidZone was released week ago for Europe, even on pl.playstation.com there is an information/advertise about VidZone in Europe.

I understand that are region between USA, Europe, Asia, but stop doing regions in Europe for countries better and worse.

Where the hell is the ghostbusters demo that was said to be out about 2 weeks ago?

Talking of DLC can you please have a word with Media Molecule and let us know why they keep releasing Little Big Planet packs that just contain stickers and costumes. By doing that you’re losing out on a massive opportunity to make money, the only pack i bought was the MGS one because it had some levels included. As much as i loved the 2000AD costumes and ICO ones i would only buy them if new levels were included in the packs. Surely the artists at 2000AD could have designed a couple of levels, ICO would have been perfect for some levels from Team ICO and i don’t think you realise just how many people would happily have paid for those. In fact some people would have rushed out and bought LBP just for some Team ICO levels.

Oh and if the Sony marketing team have any sense whatsoever they will put trailers for EyePet on kids TV and also at the cinema. That has huge potential if marketed well. Same goes for Uncharted2, put the E3 trailer on the cinema screens.. it will sell plenty of PS3s.

This is quite pathetic really and I am extremly disapointed in SCEE. No wonder Sony is becomming the laughing stock of the gaming industry. Our store falls further and further behind SCEA’s one, and still no Fat Princess. Seriously pull up dam your socks. It’s always delays, delays and delays for us Aussies and people in Europe.

where is moh psone classics for ps3 and psp.americans have got it over there?
