VidZone have secured the WORLD PREMIERE of the new video from none other than THE PRODIGY!!! The video is called “Take Me to the Hospital” and as you can imagine both the video and track are pretty impressive.
The video will be live in ALL VidZone countries (just to remind you – UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Australia) from 18:00PM BST / 19.00 CET on Tuesday 4th August so it will be ready to watch as many times as you want by the time you get home from work/school/gym/zoo… or wherever you may be doing tomorrow.
Get used to this type of announcement as we have some great things lined up in the coming weeks and months that will keep you frothing at the mouth for more.

What I think is..
Perhaps Sony(companyvide) should someday see the light concerning copyrigths and see how much harm this situation makes them.

what happened to the mods abusing their powers issue on the official forums?
every mention of it is deleted and it now seems to have been successfully swept under the carpet.
well just because i’m one of those victimised by the so called mods accused doesn’t mean they’ve shut me up.
i would like people reading this who care about the truth, but haven’t yet fallen foul of mb and his clique, to ask questions on the forums.
i have been contacting scee frequently for months and all i get is “Thank you for your recent correspondence.
I have passed your details to our Head Office, who will contact you shortly”
been over a month since then though, i’ll be in touch with andrew house next week with names and copies of all the emails i’ve recieved if i don’t get results.
anyway, if you still have forum access do the community a favour and ask questions, if enough people ask they won’t be able to ignore you.
and now a public service announcement
stop the mod mb abusing his powers by victimising people he doesn’t like and ignoring the rules to protect his friends

The Prodigy video itself is pretty good.
Other than that:
* the image quality of videos on VidZone is terrible
* the user interface of VidZone is terrible (the design meeting appears to have gone along the lines of “make it as anti-intuitive as possible”)
* the thing is littered with adverts
* VidZone appears not to recognise the official Sony Blu-Ray Remote Control, so you have to use a normal control pad to use the thing

Basically, I like this new Vidzone thing…
But you people really blew it when it came to only 6 European Countries. Mostly not your fault but you should’ve atleast gave a timeframe for all the european countries that haven’t been “eligible” for it that possibly will have.
Besides that some of the rest won’t even have it because of the idiotic laws and publicity agreements (Yes i’m looking at you Portugal >:( ) which is ruining our PS3 experience, sure its mainly for games, but it should also be a media hub and its certainly not that at the moment here…
