This is probably the only thing on the PS3 that seems to work with ease and is pretty good , i for one have returned to vidzone alot more than i return to HOME .
When are we going to see of hear some of the tunes in Home or as a Home space with adverts and tunes ?
Do you think im on to something here ?

Hi
When does it come to Switzerland?
Seems to be a good thing, but here in Switzerland, we are not able to get it or use it – and that’s a shame!

What countries are you expecting to branch into and what if any will be skipped?
Are you currently talking to companies in eg my country?
not knowing a date to look forward to is generating frustration
and in my experience Frustration is not the best way to deal with potential customers.
I know we must look like juvenile teens demanding instant gratification, but what most really what is knowledge instead of ignorance.

(55)Wizzie you can’t really update something we have never seen..
But Yeah we would absolutely love to see some kind of schedule.
Since release i have been keeping taps on this blog.. but so far nothing, not even an inkling of a hint… just.. keep looking at the blog and Twitter.. but all for naught.

I hope Sony/Vidzone learns something from this mess. Don’t launch something until you are not ready to provide the service to all. Its really embarassing for you and it makes people angry.

Or they might have released a schedule for expansion from the start…
But hey lets keep watching the blog and twitter

Yes, that would also be a good idea elarion. These “we are working on it” statements are meaningless.

Hi!
There has been a lot of comments from people living in countries where VidZone isn-t available asking for information.
Since I’m one of those people I would like to ask Ben (or somebody in the VidZone team) if there is any new information regarding the release of VidZone in the rest of Europe or any other information on the progress/problems concerning this matter.
Please reply!
Best Regards
/Jesper

Yay… another VidZone article where PS3 owners from VidZone-blocked countries ask about when it will be out in their country, and Sony continue (!!!) to ignore the questions.
Sony: You can block VidZone from most European countries, why not block VidZone articles from the same countries?
I’m tired reading about the VidZone service when it not available in my country!!

(61) Yea, it seems pretty amazing that nobody from VidZone answers, since more than half of the comments to VidZone blog-entries are about availability.

VidZone is a great idea but the text input is REALLY, REALLY BAD. It makes searching too long-winded. Why can I not use my wireless keypad or a USB keyboard?
If this improves I might use it more often. At the moment it’s an unwieldy novelty.

I can’t enjoy PSVidZone. Why? Because i live in Poland and this service isn’t available in this country. If SONY would launch this service in my contry, then charts would be better.

Why on earth isn’t Vidzone available in The Netherlands?!
It’s a shame that I as a PS3 owner can’t enjoy vidzone.
When will it be available?

the sooner they can bring vidzone to the rest of europe the better, because it really is a great little service, maybe not so little though
and now a public service announcement
stop the mod mb abusing his powers by victimising people he doesn’t like and ignoring the rules to protect his friends

Another Vidzone entry without even a hint of when other countries will receive the service… :/

I’m seriously tired of reading about services you have NO released plan on giving to the majority of your European readers anyway. Why not send cookbooks to Africa while you’re at it.
I realize there’s a lot of leg work involved in getting it to new countries but honestly, don’t tell me you didn’t think of this when you started the service. I refuse to believe that you were all blue-eyed and thought everyone would just be in a dandy move when you keep telling them about great services you offer to everyone but the ones who actually read the blog. Thank you for that. Come on.
Each and EVERY post with anything vidzone related should contain a “We’re working on bla bla country right now”. Or at least a “And for the 90% of you that can’t use vidzone, we’re still trying to make that happen”. Right now it just seems like you’re stoned and kinda forgot that MOST OF THE WORLD can’t use this service.

And still no VidZone in Europe … I mean 6 countries it ain’t Europe. You know, there are about 40 countries in Europe from which 27 are member states of EU … I think it’s time to sue Sony for the wrong business model. We are talking about a common European market still in Sony’s world there isn’t a common PSN Store, a common support for Vidzone etc …

If we were not so far between, it would have been pop instead of The current pop..
just like metallica when they published their black album, they became the music which was most popular eg. pop
