Can you please reconsider delaying the beta’s closing date to possibly 6th Nov as not many of us will buy it on the first day as it’ll most likely be sold out = P
Then again it’s worth it to check the stores as this is a game you can’t afford to miss = P

I’m really disappointed about that “Beta” – but this is just because I don’t like any multiplayer-things…

excellent stuff. I have been playing this for two weeks and can honestly say it’s been amazing so far, and it’s only a demo.

People download it ASAP tonight and get on it.

Maaaan. If I’d known about this I wouldn’t have bleedin’ preordered from Play.com. They effort it took to get them to send me a code after 9 days was just silly. No happy, I got it yesterday. WASTE OF TIME

But thanks anyway, its a great game. And now I have friends to play it with! Woo.

Thats great news about it being in the PSN store but i must admit we always seem to lose out on release dates of the better games as we are this one to,i know it’s only a couple days behind the rest of europe but what the hell are we not in europe ???

Brilliant! Although I think I’ll give it a miss, I don’t want to ruin the experience before it comes out! (Day one buy for me) Hope the online is running smoothly and that unlike most developers you’ve prepared the servers for a huge number of people playing at once, don’t forget that it’s better to expect to many people to play online than to expect to little

Looks like they’ll be a spike in online users tonight then! When I’ve played it in previous weeks there has only ever been around 3000-4000 players online.

I wasn’t so keen on the multiplayer (only because I was no good at it and there are some seriously high ranked players in the beta) but it did look amazing and could probably get quite addictive with practice. But I really loved the co-op level – I can’t wait to play through the all of the co-op missions!

Will people’s ranks and abilities be wiped before launch or will it carry over from the beta?

THANKS! I pre-ordered one day too late for the second beta (I had the first) so am so damn happy to get this. Uncharted 2 is easily my most wanted game. Can’t wait for the full version to arrive next month. Gonna download this demo tonight and have plenty fun.

Quick question, will all of the stats, ranks, unlocks etc that are gained in the beta all be reset to 0 for the full release to make it a little more fair for anyone who doesn’t play the beta?

As a memver of the beta test scheme, I was in the original beta. But when the codes for the new beta were made available via websites etc., I didn’t get one as I assumed we’d get one through the scheme. That never happened, though, so I look forward to downloading this tonight!

@ Aphiss – if you can I would cancel the Play.com preorder and get it from Game.co.uk instead – they have the limited tin Special Edition that comes with lot’s of goodies (in-game golden guns, XMB them etc) and they have recently reduced it’s price from £49.99 to £39.99, which is the same price as the standard version!!! (+ you get Double Reward Points and Quidco if you use them)

This might sound stupid, but I think you have included way to much stuff. Kinda spoil the game. I mean 4 maps out of 7, com’on!!

Anyway the game is awesome.

LicensedDealer, the game isn’t JUST multiplayer plus they haven’t included all the boosts etc.

This is awesome. I had a code from the American PSN, and I never managed to connect to any game. Now It’s smooth sailing from here on out.

Because if we tell them about a lot of bugs they can just say it’s a beta test and not the full game, then delay it 20 days until they can fix the issues!!

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves will be GOTY, and will be one of my favourite games ever…I’m pretty sure. Unfortunately I have to wait for more than a month after its UK release to get it. But sometimes the more the waiting the more precious the game will be.

@36 the multyplayer mode aint everything. most of the times my favorite games are the ones with single player only (as with the case of Uncharted )
only in this console generation did people started to care and demand MP in all games. some of them dont even have any logic having it and they do :\

and only in these cases, people actually praise Sony…. the rest is always flaming. just be glad that we have the best console with all this content they have given us.
