Uncharted Beta Open To All At 7PM UK

Hey! Since it’s still a beta, can you please remove the feature where the accuracy point/stability widens/decreases for every shot you make as that’s just irritating, if you want a PROPER online experience, buy Qunatum of Solace and play online, that is WOW!
CoD 5 was kk, CoD 4 was POO! CoD 6/MW2 is WICKED!!!
MAG IS AMAZING!, KILLZONE 2 IS AN ANGEL! AND NONE OF THESE GAMES HAVE THAT FOR A REASON!!! PLEASE!
OR HAVE NAUGHTY DOG JUST RUN OUT OF SPACE ON THEIR BLU-RAY DISCS??

Downloading as we speak (type?), will definately be GOTY! Why UK gets it last though, any specific reasons?

Naughty dog are gods! This is a awesome game and I love the beta. But the quality for the headset has been weird lately. Will this be better in the final game. Right know when I and my pal talk (both have sony original headset) it sparks and loses sounds quiet often. This did not happen before. something changed lately?

Wow! I just played the beta and I have to say you guys did an amazing job on the game! Already pre-ordered it and I have to say I can’t wait to get my hands on the full game.

Fine, but i have one question. What about Uncharted 1 ? I bought game and i cant play. When i update FW to 3.01 game run but after 5 minutes game freeze and i see black screen. Any news about this ?

I know someone who tried it and it worked for him, depends how comfortable you are with taking your PS3 apart I suppose (but if you don’t want to pay £128 and the retailer won’t take it back under the Sale of Goods Act – which they should as they need to offer a 6 year warranty if you can prove the fault – you’ve got nothing to lose!). The bonus with this method is you don’t lose your HDD games/protected data as it’s the same PS3…

I know it’s only a BETA for the multiplayer, but it shines as one of the finest examples of gaming in a long time. Kudos to Sony and Naughty Dog for pulling this off!

@dohnut744 – do you have the ylod, or do you just not have a signal on the tv?. does the console still have a blue light when you switch it on?. if the console appears to be working, it could be a board in your tv that’s gone. if not, you might be able to get a free repair from the retailer (not sony) under the sale of goods act. call the general consumer helpline (i don’t have the number handy, it was in as issue of play magazine a couple of months back) and they can explain your rights.

does anybody know how to use the taunts?

not sure whether to d/l this or not, i played the previous beta and wasn’t particularly fussed. i just find the third person view quite awkward, especially in multiplayer. it reminded me a bit of MGS-online though a slightly better experience. i’ve also got the MAG beta, though if i’m honest, i’m not really loving that either (it’s got serious balancing issues among other things).

i’ll definitely get the game for the single player though, the first one is the best arcade adventure game on PS3 imo, and this one looks even better.

Less than two weeks left of this beta… *sob* I’m gonna fill in the two or three days where there isn’t any possible way to play Uncharted 2 by keeping my skills sharp on the first game (been caning it, this close to my second platinum).

Is there a possibility for more maps to be released as DLC?

ok i finally decided, just preordered U2 on play.com, will play it until 10.11, then will trade it in for MW2:)

i got into the open beta not long ago, and i can honestly say that this game is one of the best games i’ve ever played, even if it is only a beta!

it is truly brilliant and i have enjoyed every second of my time playing it, and i hope you all enjoy it too!

i particularly like the co-op mission, this is something that makes me want to buy the full game when it comes out, i entered with no intentions to buy the game, but now i want it more than any other game!

lol i wanted it loads now i really cannot wait (have felt this way 4 2 weeks now lool)

i have a Question.

i’ve been on the beta since it began and im not aware of how i can get one of the kick @ss skull masks. Whta do i have to do to get one? Or are the only in the full game? Also, here’s one for everyone, ive not wasted my money on the multiplayer skins for heroes or villains so if anyone wants to throw in their 2 cents as to which one is best for each role then let me know.

On a completely seperate note, there is a problem with accessing the Red Faction Guerilla content on the UK PSN Store, how can i report that?

u cannot get the skull head, i think its only for the special edition available from game and the like, plus the enemies only have skull heads whn in coop and in crushing difficulty that is where the images come from

Hmm.. Am I the only one that can’t make the beta work. Has been downloaded, settings has been tampered with. However, when I try to join a game, using the matchmaking system, it just keeps trying to find a game, but just keeps pending for a game, but never finds a game, and thus never joins one.
