Hi everyone,
We have had connection issues with PixelJunk Monsters Deluxe meaning European players were unable to join rooms with players from the US or Asia in the Online Play mode.
We have fixed the problem now and here is what you will need to do:
- Delete your game (in the PSP Home Menu, select Game / Memory Stick / press the triangle button with PixelJunk Monsters Deluxe highlighted and select Delete).
- Connect to PlayStation Store, select View Downloads and re-download PixelJunk Monsters Deluxe from the Download List.
This will not affect your progress and will allow you to enjoy cross-region online play.
Please, accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Olivier

Just out of curiosity, but do you have to actualy delete the game, or can you just select update from the triangle menu. I assumed that is what that update option was for.
No problems if not though, not complaining, just curious.

Hi halljames,
You will have to delete your game and re-download it as the issue could not be fixed via the update.
Thank you
Olivier

slightly off topic. Would it be possible to patch the ps3 version of pixel junk monsters for online play?.

Hi, I bought this game from the New Zealand PS Store on Friday evening 16 October (which would be a little earlier than that same time in Europe and the UK). Will I have the fixed version or do I need to redownload it? When exactly was the fixed version put up on the PS Store?

Hi Roddy100,
You should have the fixed version, so no need to download it again.
Cheers
Olivier

Thanks for the fix on PJ Monsters. I’ve really liked the game.
I know this is cross-topic, but I also loved another game you’ve worked on, “The Last Guy”. I have been working on figuring out the last trophy for quite a while. Could you give me a pointer at what I should be trying? (It’s the one right after “Letter of Thanks”).
