God Of War III PSN Demo Voucher Code – Check Your Inbox This Weekend!

Hi everyone

I’m Thach Quach, European Software Product Manager for God of War III.

I hope you guys are all excited about what you’ve seen or read about this highly-anticipated PlayStation 3 exclusive. If not, you should, it’s going to be an epic, pulse-pounding and brutal adventure .

For those of you who haven’t had the chance to play the God of War III demo which was on the show floor at E3, Gamescom, Tokyo Game Show and other SCEE events throughout 2009… well… some GREAT news for you: we will be emailing out some demo voucher codes to a selected number of PAL PSN users who registered to receive the SCEE promotional newsletter. If you haven’t opted-in to receive it, it’s unfortunately too late to be in with a chance to be picked for this promotion, but it’s worth you registering today to be considered for future SCEE offers (simply go to the PlayStation Network icon on the XMB, select Account Management => Account Information => => Notification Preferences, and tick the relevant boxes).

Make sure you check your email inbox over the weekend and hopefully you will be one of the lucky ones to receive a voucher code allowing you to download this demo instantly from PlayStation Store! Remember, it’s a random selection and only a limited amount of vouchers are being sent out so good luck

I also wanted to update you on the ‘God of War III Ultimate Edition’ which was announced for the North American market by SCEA. No need to panic guys, we are not forgetting you! They’ve used all their codes on their main accounts. I have a few accounts for sharing purposes, but thats too late now

My mistake pal, i assumed by friends you ment real world friends who you could trust with your valuble account info.
Have a mooch about on gametrailers forums, theres always someone on there friendly enough to pass on account details. I got infamous, fightnight 3 and uncharted 2 beta off a couple of guys. You never know, you might get lucky.

I think its absolutely wonderfull that you have released a playable demo for GoWIII, though I have to say it seems a bit unsmart to just let a number of random people download the Demo, unless you plan to change it in the future, which i hope. Also, thank you for some really great games.

i am really disapointed that i didnt get a code, i have been waiting for ages to play this game, are all the codes different or is it 1 code for the region, could i not be given a code that sum 1 else has used,.. or is it 1 code 1 person ?????????????, looks awesome tho from what i have seen

This is crazy – You have a demo and want to promote the product – yet you only offer it to selected users – many of whoom do not want it. Look on ebay – codes for sale from $20 -$40. This is just a demo that has already been shwon in public ,not secret, unreleased material. Stop the profiteers and be fair to everyone – release the demo for everyone who wants it on the PSN.

Well i went to gamestop to check the realease date and once they found out i hade preordered it they gave me the demo and it is F**K in AWSOME good work on this one. Please let them take there time with the game i cannot wait till march 2010 again awsome.

Well Much as I hate to do it, If I find a code for sale cheap enough I might buy one. I’ve seen the youtube footage of the demo (looks great) and already pre-ordered the PS3 gow 1+2 collection from The States. 4 months more to wait for the full game is a long time.

I’ve just got my new slim PS3 and was hoping to download the demo. I heard about it online and thought it would be available to download direct to my PS3. It seems strange that there are only limited “codes” available. Is Playstation on a bandwidth restriction? If It is possible I would love a code to get this demo. Thx.

Is it weird that although I had the newsletters active I did not receive any mail whatsoever from ps.com? I was going through my inbox and I noticed that I don`t have a single one… I`m not talking about the gow3 code, but any other mail… Does the email host matter?

I’ve never had an email from Playstation either – Notification preference has always been set and I use my main email account. I guess specials like this are only sent out to a few people.

i get emails from playstation every few weeks, since i got my playstation on the release day in the uk, iv bought over 60 games and downloaded loads from the psn store over the few years, what got on my nerves my cousin bought one in september 09, hes bought 2 games and doesnt use the psn store at all,, and hes got a code lol,, how does that work ? i cant understand it, and im not impressed by it, at all !!
