Looks like it’s 24 hours for the lock. Mine just came back on again.

I also used the ‘contact us by email button’ on the right hand side of this page to tell them I was still locked which may have helped though so I would advise that too.

i would guess the codes were deleted, because most of us have the block issue after trying too many times… & no one did reply that a code was “cracked”..

Mike could you say anything to this, if the codes were “cracked” or just been removed by you as i mentioned *lookingreallynicetomike*

This is unfair it always happens during school, why not after 4.00pm that’s when I log on to check everything.
