When I sign into PSN I feel really, really lonely because it lacks the one, most requested feature of all… CROSS GAME CHAT.
I dont want to have to use Text Chat to talk to people because its useless, I might aswell not be playing my PS3 as you spend most of your time pausing the game to type a short message.

Xbox LIVE has had this feature since 2005. Why is it taking so long to put in onto PSN? If they are even trying that is.

I guess I can speak for everyone when I say… Please Bring CROSS GAME CHAT.

Can you please keep bugging them to bring it out as Im getting tired of not being able to play my favourite games and talk to someone properly at the same time. =(

Only one problem with this update, only the main account holder can access the Facebook sync. We have 6 users on our playstation with Facebook Accounts, how can we sync our accounts has we are the main users???.

I don’t know why but Sony seems to have completely lost its way with the 3.x updates. It needs someone who knows what they are doing to take over from the buffoon currently trying to derail the crazy train. Each of the 3.x changes has made most of us like using the PS3 less and this one is no exception.

I don’t understand Sony’s logic: the feedback on the “ugly grey boxes” was pretty much universal hatred. So why, instead of removing them as we asked, make the situation worse by introducing a potential riot of colour over which the we have no control?

At the very least these “ugly rainbow boxes” should be entirely optional: we should be able to suppress them completely rather than restrict it to one. I don’t have a stupid theme or background for my XMB so I don’t want or need my friends to be boxed in garish colours.

Moreover (for the tiny minority that don’t find them completely worthless) we should be able control the colour(s) used in our friends list (rather than having to ensure our friend’s choices). Allowing us to colour code our friends list (and then order by colour) might be the only redeeming aspect in currently pointless “feature”.

I just updated on my PS3 yesterday. It looks good I normaly use facebook to keep contact with all my friends that nice I can share PS3 with them now and also nice to watch the news too SONY doing good.

it’s not downloading. well it is but at a rate of about 1% evey 5 minutes. This is rediculous. why release an update that takes two hours fifteen minutes to download 50% (which you then loose because you have to go out and turn it off)?

All my other updates downloaded in ten mins or less but this is one stupid update. Can’t sign in until i’ve wasted four hours of electricity downloading the polish language to my system.

Profile colour is cool (thanks for getting rid of all the grey boxes). However as of updating to 3.10, no videos from the EU or US Blog’s work (it says this application is not supported, with a red triangle with an exclamation mark in it). Do you guys at Sony know about this problem? If so any idea when this will be fixed? Any body else encountered this problem? Thanks, Heshmagray.

WTF?? Why can’t we play music in the background anymore? Pretty much the only time I listen to my music on here is when I’m using that god-awful internet browser… Now, I can’t even keep listening to my music if I hit the PS button… Why would you do something like that?? Jesus tapdancing christ, think before you act people… Besides that retarded ass tidbit, I love the new picture setup (although I can’t agree with the other people who want their music set up like that, I would, however, like more sorting options [i.e. Sort by Artist>then Sort by Album, having all the albums in their own folders, then being able to sort by track number]). I kinda like the new colors on the friends list, and also kinda like the Facebook integration. And to everyone who thinks this will spam all of your friends profiles, they DO have the option to hide updates from Apps (trust me, I’ve hidden all my friends’ Farmville and Farkle posts). So, if they don’t like it, they don’t have to see it. Also, if you don’t use Facebook, you DON’T have to use the new Facebook integration. But, yeah, give me back my music.
