You know Sony, if you wish to be such a big succes you should treat everyone the same not put smaller countries on a second or even final place.

How come when it comes to releasing ps1 classics, the whole of Europe has to wait ages compared to USA and Japan, and your bosses say it is down to regional issues, yet when the video store comes out and you only release it in 4 countries initially?

Does that mean existing owners cant get Transformers for free? If thats true, its a bit annoying. Well done on getting the store out though.

£3.49 Rental for HD, hmmm. Seems Lovefilm Blu-ray service is better then as you can get 2 films for £3.91 a month in 1080p with HD sound.
I am guessing this service will be MP4 and hence stereo? Also it will be next to useless on my crappy broadband connection.
Still well done for Sony for finally getting it here.

I’m offended that if your new to playstation you get a free copy of Transformers 2 yet it’s a new service even for exsisting customers.
So why do new customers get special treatment it’s a P*** take is what it is.

According to thesixthaxis.com:
HD rental – £3.49
SD rental – £2.99
Buy SD – £8.99
If that is true then they have just priced themselves out of my custom. I’m sick of services like Virgin Media, Blockbuster, Sky BoxOffice etc over charging for rentals – if Sony would have priced themselves under the competition I would have used the service but it seems to me there’s a ‘gentlemen’s agreement’ to price these things the same. Postal services like LoveFilm offer MUCH better value for money when it comes to movie rentals.
How can they justify charging £3.49 when the US get movies for $1.99 (£1.19)!!! £2 or less and you would have made me a regular customer, but that is too much – some older movies can be bought on DVD for under a fiver now, why on earth would I want to rent an inferior compressed stream instead for nearly the same price?

Just a question, are these movies region locked to the region of the console?
I live in Europe and use Spain’s PSN but unfortunately my PSP was bought on a trip to the states, so it’s region 1. Will these movies work for me?
