Hey there Blog goers!
I’m MusterBuster and, although you can usually find me arranging fantastical community events and bantering with gamers over at the Official PlayStation Community forums, I’ve come here to stomp on Jem’s territory and tell you all about a very, very special community event….
We call it the LittleBigPlanet Contraption Challenge and the concept is stupendously simple. Each month, our resident LBP creation expert Nuclearfish sets the PlayStation Community a challenge. All you have to do is create a contraption in LittleBigPlanet which is capable of completing that challenge…with style!
This month marks our 9th Contraption Challenge and we’re asking you to create a gap-crossing vehicle! To find out more and get involved, all you need to do is take a trip down to the Official PlayStation Community forums by clicking right here.

The Contraption Challenges are great fun. There have been some really good creations. I think I’m going to try and make something for CC09 – I’m not that good at creating but I’ll see how it goes.

@Chewybacon – you should have seen the AWFUL level I made last night. It’s a bit of floaty sponge with a glass ‘kicker’ underneath. Nine times out of ten it’ll just throw you to your doom!

Their have been lots and lots of great levels made for this event, having been part of the team to pick the short list for voting before i have had to play alot of them and i have to say it was always fun and really hard to pick the best few.
They should all be checked out and played, I would also check out Nuclearfish levels as he as some real great ones.

Shame the logo isn’t PNGed though. Really looks so much better with a lighter background. But nevermind.
Oh, and if anyoen wants to find out MusterBuster’s real name, it was in fact mentioned in a blog post a few months ago, but nobody seemed to notice.
