Awesome stuff guys! I’m hyped for this game but will the game be bundled with the microphones we so desperately need for the game to be successful.

Please for the love of god tell me we can create more than 1 character at a time. If you have to delete a Level 60 character and start again TWICE on the other 2 factions that is quite frankly the stupidest trophy ever.

But seriously, i’m not a fan of multiplayer trophies, and this game is all about multiplayer, so…

Not for me. Though I wish all that is good to the players and the game itself.

@5 it would be the same as prestiging on MW2 if that were the case.

anyhow good list. look forward to taking to the battlefield, least they are not stupidly unobtainable like Warhawk.

Well this is a bit of a shock, but they maybe easier then i first thought.

But two questions:
1. Doesn’t the 3 gold trophies for each faction (if aiming for platinium) defeat the purpose of being “loyal” to a group I understand the incentive butI like sticking with one faction and I like completion Dx
2. Why is there not a trophy for killing a player with his own weapon which you stole eariler?

Oh.. that’s definitely a Platinum I’ll never reach.

I think they have printed SOCOM trophies on here instead. ?!

Why is Sony charging FULL price for an online only game?

Maybe because it’s a FULL online game?

Level 60 with three different characters. Probably looking at 120 hours for the plat easily

Why wouldn’t they? What makes you think this game with 15 massive maps running on dedicated servers for the next few years is worth less than an average 8-10 hour linear single player game?

HA ha ha ha its P2P and will crash and burn just like SOCOM confrontation. Plus there is NO GRANTEE the servers will be online for years. According to the terms and condition the servers are only granteed until feb 2011.

At least with warhawk you can set up your own servers or have local lans.

If this takes off the next COD will be online only with single player a 50 pound add on

The 3 level 60 faction trophies are stupid.

We want to pick a faction and stick with it. We do not want to play another faction for such a period of time when our friends and clans will be on our original faction. Let alone TWO other factions.

Angel of Mercy – 25 enemies killed in their in incapacitated state over a career

To much ‘in’ in the description I hope it will go through QC before making it through to game.

The trophies seem easy enough, but incredibly time-consuming. Like, that’s a good few dedicated months right there.

Also, will there be another demo for MAG? I missed the beta and I want to try before I buy.

Does this game only has MP or does it also has SP?

Those trophies look like they will take forever to achieve…

I like the idea that the blog is the first place to get to publish the list for exclusives. Might be a good idea for Heavy Rain as well.

Seems like a nice set of trophies, Except 1 problem, 3 SEPERATE TROPHIES FOR REACHING 60 AS EACH PMC?! I mean it should be 1 for all in general! I have played 2 60 as Raven, extensivly as S.V.E.R. and watched my bro play alot as Valor, AND THEY ARE ALL BASICALLY THE SAME, except looks (wich S.V.E.R. are BY FAR the best in looks and variety!). Mayb there is sumin ive missed but yer they are all the same bar looks and the weapons are different, but i believe are the same stats. Someone correct me if i’m wrong, please?!

1 thing!, different alternatives for maps =D, but u will probs of playd them all, just not as deffense/attack alternative of them =P.

I only checked the Gold ones.

Reaching Level 60 with each…errrr.
Grinding trophy = worst.
Not much else you can do though I suppose.

Also from what I remember, some medals were tough as heck and required you to play in MANY variety of ways (you WILL need to re-spec your character a few times I reckon) so Golds are pretty tough.

Overall- I hate online trophies anyway and this game didn’t change that.
Oh well at least the game itself kicks ass.

Never seen Majornelson make news about achievements…
for a good reason, anyway, where is my final fantasy 8? came out in decemember for US?
Never had this problem with XBL, only eu who seems to be neglected by SONY.

I dont think there is anything wrong with any of these trophies.

As long as we can create one profile for each faction and not have to delete a character I’m all for those gold trophies. I made it to Level 30 in approx 15hrs in the open beta so shouldnt take too long for a platinum.

Plus playing as all three factions will give us variety of play for the maps from different perspectives! all fun!

oh cool, they look kinda achievable, at least for an online only game.

trophies for these sorts of games can sometimes be a little too time consuming for casual/non-die hard fans, not giving players much option but to stay away or give-up on them early on. so its nice to see a mixture of fairly low goals but also some stat heavy ones aswell, makes them more accessible to more peeps, which is awesome

balance is important in trophy lists afterall hehe.

What a terrible mistake of forcing players that want to earn all trophies to play with all 3 factions. You have made seperate facebook faction groups, you have separate links for factions on the main site, but WHY do you create such trophies so you need to play all the factions??

Now the rivalry is pushed back, Its like World of warcraft, you are a Horde OR a Alliance. You hate the Alliance as a Horde, and I was hoping that it would be the same in MAG.

For people that played the beta: You can only have 1 faction at a time. So you leave your friends behind when you create a new faction.

Well at least the trophies are not stupidly long compared to Warhawk, and the Beta for this game was pretty magnificent I must add.

I guess i’m the only one who thought the Beta was 100% Bull. ****. Seriously, having to grind on a strange (To say the least) EXP. system just to get to the mode which MAG boasted about??! Yeah, Sure.

Maybe if changes are drastic i’d buy it..but NEVER for full price.

But yeah, at least the trophies are easily attainable :/

Those don’t look as ridiculous to achieve as the SOCOM and Warhawk Trophies, thankfully. I do agree with the people saying that the Trophies for getting to level 60 with each faction are stupid, though. It kind of takes away from the fact that the idea is to be loyal to one particular faction.

I’m gonna repeat what others have said and say, doesn’t this defeat the rivalry aspect Zipper have been trying to create? Not to mention it being frustrating and moving away from your mates each time you go for another trophy. Other than these 3 stupid ones, the difficulty seems to range from easy to hard which is good to see in a list.

Glad to see this list released too, been wondering for ages what the MAG trophies were going to be.

Commandant in Chief – Awarded when a player reaches level 60 with a Raven character
Eager Beaver – Awarded when a player has earned one of each medal
Prima Noyan – Awarded when a player reaches level 60 with a S.V.E.R. character
Sergeant Major – Awarded when a player reaches level 60 with a Valor character

that sort of defeats the purpose of rivalry which is ALWAYS GOOD in a game (obviously)
i seriously think this should be changed to reaching a level 60 with 1 faction that you chose not with EVERY faction…
i know you are trying to make the game last longer, but that is not the solution, the other trophies are perfectly find and are time consuming as is…
but wow, please change that…
