Good day to you all, hope you’ve all had a good week.
Today, as most of you blog readers will know, is the day that we unleash the ModNation Racers Beta for you, and for the first 100,000 people who download it when the store updates (should be mid-afternoon), I can assure you, you’ll be having a LOT of fun. I will update on here, and via my twitter feed, as soon as the store is live.
We also have a fresh batch of special offers available for you, with a selection that should cater for all tastes. Personally, I think Smash Cars is great value, and that reduction on Unbound Saga is also very tempting is it not? Okay, enough tactless sales attempts I promise.
We also have some new dynamic themes for Heavy Rain, Buzz! and Singstar, and another mini title, Vector TD, is added to the minis family. This is all wrapped up with a few more bits and pieces, full details below.
Finally, this week, in another attempt to shamelessly please you all with freebies, I have a couple of handfuls of dynamically themed codes (very subtle hint on what they’re for I know) to give away. Quiet week this week, though I’ll queue up to try out the ModNation Racers beta. I’d ask for an ETA for FF8, but I don’t want to contribute to your prolonged suffering any more than the rest of the FF8 bleaters are.
And you JUST KNOW that the second FF8 comes out, people will be asking for a date on FF9.

Anyway back to the weekly comment. Nothing of real interest for me this week but there are a few things from the last few weeks I’ve had my eye on (just my good eye – the right one). I’ll look at reviews of Unbound Saga, looks like a real deal at that price.

It’s great to see the special offers continuing every week, really gives me reason to spend more money on the store or to reconsider games I had decided against before or overlooked.
I got my PS3 back from repair and I transferred all the data to my new Slim so I’m back at Demon’s Souls!
So this leads me to ask you Mike, have you gotten any further in Demon’s Souls?

Demon’s Souls is on the backburner at the moment, I’m trying to finish Darksiders, then move onto Bayonetta, play Bioshock through again and all in time for Bioshock 2. Maybe then, I’ll free up time for Demon’s Souls again…but then there’s Dante’s Inferno, Heavy Rain…and a long list of other great titles coming…I don’t have enough time in the day
