PlayStation Community! Contraption Challenge number 10 is here! And for all the sack in Sacksville – you do not want to miss this one…
Contraption Challenge 10 asks you to build an amphibious vehicle, that’s a vehicle that can cross both land and sea to you and me, and as always we ask you to do it with style.
The more creative, original and functional your contraption is, the greater your chances of winning. Need inspiration? Just check out our LBP Contraption Challenge youtube channel to see all the entries from past challenges – or start LittleBigPlanet on your PS3 and search for ‘CC10 – Example’ to see a basic entry our event creator Nuclearfish.
Wanna take part? All you need to do is sail over to the Official PlayStation Community forums and give our LittleBigPlanet Contraption Challenge 10 thread a read.
Oh! I should really mention, the winning contraption will win a downloadable copy of LittleBigPlanet PSP and a PSPgo to play it on! Sweet huh? But hurry, you only have until Sunday 28th February to build and submit your contraption. Be sure to read the Contraption Challenge thread very carefully for instructions on how to enter.
If you want to follow the Contraption Challenges more closely, you can find us on twitter, youtube and iTunes!
Good luck,
MB

Hey abd!
Try having a look at some of the other entries – it might give you a bit of inspiration? Just search for ‘CC10′ in LittleBigPlanet

Cool, I’ve loved seeing the creations for the other challenges and this sounds like quite a challenge!
I’m looking forward to seeing what all those clever sackpeople come up with this time.
Cripes – how long is it since i bought LBP – and i’m still playing it!

@BloodEye – You don’t need the PotC (water) pack to take part. You can just download the template level which had water already in it and build your Contraption in that.

Please tell MM to add a weekly Top 5 levels in the Search Options that highlights some handpicked excellent user created levels. Levels could be chosen by MM, the community, fansites, gaming websites etc.
So many great levels get made that fall by the wayside and searching through all the levels to find gems can be a chore. This should have been done 6 months ago but it’s not too late.

When I first bought the game, I thought it was great to be able to create stuff.
Then I realised that I’m creating free content for Sony. Instead I could be making money for myself using my creativity for my own projects.
So no more creations. Didn’t even publish my own levels I spend days on creating.
Sorry but no thanks…

Me too
You should see my attempt at the last challenge! It was basiclly a round blob which occasional bounced!
You should give it a shot though, maybe grab some people from your friends list to help out?

Would LOVE to see these competitions being held on the PSP version too… some of us don’t have the luxury of both systems
