PlayStation.Blog.Europe Weekly Content Recap

We saw a truly excellent result from the BAFTA Video Game awards last night, with four new trophies for Naughty Dog’s awards cabinet (which must be bursting at the seams, by now) for Best Action Game, Best Audio and Best Original Score. Not only that, but Studio Cambridge took away a prize for Best Handheld Game with LittleBigPlanet PSP and thatgamecompany also took home the Artistic Achievement award for Flower. As for the star prize, Rocksteady Games nabbed the Best Game and Best Gameplay awards for Batman: Arkham Asylum.

All incredibly well deserved awards, so I hope you’ll join me in offering the development teams a huge congratulations on their achievements!

• 3D Dot Game Heroes Trailer — I think you’ll agree when I say that this game looks better every time we see it.
• PlayStationHome: GAME Lunar Leaps Into Home, Plus Warhawk Apartment! — This week’s Home update.
• KINGDOM HEARTS Birth By Sleep Comes To Europe — Square Enix aren’t resting now that Final Fantasy XIII is out. Up next is Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep, coming this Summer exclusively for PSP.
• ‘Heads-Up’ PlayStation Store Update (18th March 2010) — This week’s PSN Update.
• Digital Comics Store Update (18th March 2010) — The latest comics added to the Digital Comics store.
• make.believe: thatgamecompany — thatgamecompany were inspired enough by the new Sony corporate motto to take part in a video, detailing their journey through the games industry so far.
• First MAG DLC Free, Coming Next Week — The first MAG DLC pack will be available next week for the bargain price of nothing.
