VidZone like it when we can give something to our users that is a little special, fortunately one of those times is now. So without further ado please Welcome…Tiffany Page.
Mercury record’s brand new signing is a hot new artist coming out of London’s music scene. The 23 yr old has been described as having “the sassy swagger of Chrissie Hyde, Shirley Manson’s vampish purr and the hellion roar of Courtney Love”… for you that are unsure as to what that means, it means she is good… very good!
To give you a little taste of what her debut album will sound like, we have a free download of her current single ‘Walk Away Slow’ for your listening pleasure. You can download the track here then head over to VidZone to watch the video… Why wouldn’t you?

Hey DANNY3194
I wish the label saw it like you. I will call them now and relay they information. Hopefully it will change their mind;)
Seriously though, we are still talking to all labels to get what you want on VidZone but it does take a long time sometimes to work everything through, things are moving forward though. I know I always say this but hopefully I will have some good news for you soon.

This is a regular weekly update. It’s not part of a conspiracy to get the firmware issue off the front page (not that I’m opposed to making sure Sony realise how much they’re upsetting people with it…)

She looks worth checking out for sure… any chance we’ll be able to download tracks like this directly thru Vidzone in the future (not ringtones lol).
Anyway keep up the good work…

Hmm I’m more of a heavy metal guy so her music doesn’t interest me.
But thanks anyway, at least she’s pleasing to the eye!

@ Ben Creasey : Re : DANNY3194 / Muse
+1, would love to see Muse hit Australia as many other bands who currently have empty lists. Which brings me to my question.
I’m sorry if this has been asked before, but it was my assumption that when I found an artist (eg: Muse & the many others) and there was nothing to select from them, I figured it was a licensing issue with the label for our respective country. Quite surprised to see that you Poms also don’t have access to Muse, do any countries?
What I’m getting at, I appreciate that you guys are working to get as many acts as possible, but why have links to artists that have no songs? Surely it would be better to hide any empty Artists (who you are obviously targeting) until you do secure them.
Considering Vidzone upon launch builds an updated catalogue, any changes could be updated within that. At the moment it’s kind of a let down, especially when you have a few friends over and you have it running, then find your favourite band only to find there is nothing there.
Cheers,
oggob
PS : The inner ‘sheep’ within me can’t post without suggesting that you also need to get The Fiery Furnaces!
