Hi Everyone!
We are very excited to announce we’ve confirmed a launch date for our PSP Minis game Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess! The game will be released on the 22nd of April at the price of £3.49.
We’re also very proud to show the official trailer for Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess!
The game is an upwards-scrolling platformer in which the player must chase down giant fleeing monsters and subdue them by crashing into them three times. More details are available on our previous post on the PlayStation blog.
April 22nd is later than we’ve announced previously – since I last posted we’ve been working closely with Sony to resolve a few issues with running the game on the PS3. These are now all sorted and we’re super excited about the launch of the game!
Thanks again for your support and feedback!

Oh my goodness. This is going to be the first mini that I’ll buy, and for good reason too. This game looks insanely good, and is the perfect title for the minis platform
Looking forward to buying it when it comes out!

whats the native resolution of Mini’s if i play it in PS3?
Posted on 7 April, 2010 at 1:49 pm by Paul Croft
The PSP emulator automatically upscales the graphics – so the game runs pretty much full screen on the PS3 – it’s just not quite as crisp as playing it on the PSP.

OMG please tell me the name of that music on the video :O I now its a cover from a classic, its awesome
Posted on 7 April, 2010 at 2:08 pm by Paul Croft
It’s a new remix of an old classical piece – Bach, Toccata and Fugue in D minor
We’ve remixed original versions of classical music for all the soundtracks in the game, The Duke often likes to play on a large organ tucked away in his castle.

Yay, no more delays! I’m so glad M(P)SMP finally has a release date, I’ve been looking forward to it since I heard about it all those months ago. €4 is a sweet price too for such a fully featured mini, day one purchase for me. Thanks for the update.
