Looking forward to the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa? Then we’ve got a rather unique opportunity for you – how would you like to not only savour the atmosphere of the greatest football tournament on the planet first-hand, but also become our PlayStation reporter to record your once in a lifetime trip?
Starting in April 2010, and over a period of seven weeks, PlayStation, in association with the upcoming ModNation Racers on PlayStation 3 and PSP, is giving you the chance to win two pairs of tickets each week to selected Group Stage matches at the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa. Best of all, in the seventh week of our competition, there is a pair of tickets to the Final itself up for grabs.
As well as a pair of tickets, flights and accommodation, each winner will also receive a PSPgo to while away the time between matches and a Sony Digital Video Camera to record their stay and report back to the PlayStation community with their take on this historic event.
And don’t worry if you’re not one of our lucky winners, to celebrate the release of ModNation Racers we’re also giving away 50 ModNation vinyl toys each week.
So, what do you have to do to be in with the chance of winning such an incredible prize? Enter the competition at www.eu.playstation.com/2010fifaworldcup and take a look at the ModNation Football Legend which you need to create – there will be a new one each week for seven weeks. Read the clue carefully and once you’ve figured out who the week’s ModNation Football Legend is, click on the arrows to select a head, torso and legs. When you’re happy with your selection, submit your entry and your details.

My country it not in the world cup due to a blind referee and FIFA want of more money.
I might enter it and hope for a french match so I can wear my colours.

This sucks. There ARE football fans in the US who came from European Countries. I hate American Football and those are the only contests I can enter in the US.
