What do you want to know about Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess?
Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess is a greatly anticipated minis title developed by Mediatonic, available to download from PlayStation Store on 22 April 2010.
The humorous platform title features The Duke, an aristocratic demon who is convinced that some sneaky monsters have kidnapped his lady love from his castle.
One guy who knows more about this exciting new game than anyone is Paul Croft, co-founder and director of games for Mediatonic, and we’re giving you the chance to ask him anything you like.
You can either head over to the official PlayStation Forums at community.eu.playstation.com and leave your questions there, or add them in the comments on this post. On 1 May 2010, we will (probably) pick your best questions and put them to Paul.
Check back soon to see if your question was used.

How did the idea come about for this game? In other words; what was your main source of inspiration when thinking of the theme and setting for this game? (I absolutely love it.)

No question from me, but just a note to say the game is utterly brilliant. Probably one of the best Minis available.

It is quite brilliant!
Especially when The Duke does a little tap dance for you!

Hi Katy, i’ve been anticipating this game since it first appeared on the blog and commented that i would (probably) get it.
The reviews are very positive … here’s the sixthaxis.com’s review :

Now the sad bit, although i have more than adequate funds in my PSN wallet and was already committed to buying your game – even before the reviews – due to my optional retention of OtherOs, Sony are (probably) denying me access to my Wallet, the Store etc…
I have faith that everything will come good eventually but in the meantime, Congrats on a great game and i’ll be sure to grab it when everything is sorted again.

Haha, that’s great
What games have had an influence on you?
What did you have to do to ensure that the game ran fine on PS3?
Was the game developed with the PS3 in mind from the start?
How did you come up with the title?
Are you planning a real PSN release (either this game or another one) with full trophy support and running in 1080p, taking advantage of the power of the PS3?

Looks a bit like Rainbow Islands to me, and that was a pretty good game.
