Ok ok, a bit of a self indulgent title there… I’m not apologising. Many thanks to Alex for such an awesome job at writing last week’s blog, I’m not scared that it was better than my posts… at all… honest… So a lot has happened since I have been away… TV channels launching, exclusives and all… Don’t think we are going to stop there. We have more exclusives as well as some exciting stuff to be happening over coming weeks to make VidZone the only place you need to go for music videos…
TWO exclusives this week… first of all we have the new video for BYOB called ‘Saved My Life’ remixed by J-Magik and Wickaman… So more Drum and Bass for your… face? After the success of the Noisia video I think you may like this very much.
Secondly we have a promotional video for a new act called Hurts who’s new single ‘Better Than Love’ will released 17th May in the UK.

And I think the problem with Outkast – Ms Jackson, is the HQ stream is corrupted or not been encoded because sometimes the really low quality works sometimes when my connection goes bonkers!

@Spurvugle – There signed to Warner so there will not be on VidZone until/if they got a licensing deal with them

I’m a big vidzone fan, thank you very much for the super service! But I’m so dissapointed at the tv feature! It’s a nice thought but it looses all value because there’s no option to skip to the next or previous song!
So one solution is to go back to the “on demand”, but you have removed so many playlists from there that I get scared!
As I said, there is a really easy way to solve this: Let me skip songs I dont want to listen to in the TV mode!

If you would like to skip you can use the on demand part of the application, we will be rotating our playlists old and new through the coming weeks so if you see one you like you can save it as a personal playlist.
TV channels don’t skip function as like normal TV, the difference is that there will be way more channels than you can ever get on TV we are goign to be adding loads more all the time.

Although i wouldnt have minded skipping some songs it kind of defeats the object of music TV, if a song on MTV comes on i dont like i dont go changing the channel.

Philip99 – There’s an audience for everybody for music. Only ‘cos you don’t like the music, I bet there’s loads who don’t your taste in music. Just request what videos you want: playstation@vidzone.tv
Then complain they haven’t put them on yet!!

Is there any possibility that you write us about plans to expand VidZone availability to other countries? Maybe something like: more countries are planned for Q3 2010? Then (maybe) the people will stop writing “when Poland”.
