And when you going to launch it in Russia? Why we always last to get new things. We still waiting for VidZone… alright, i undestand why Vidzone is hard to bring to us, but this service? Why?

Are you going to be able to buy this in physical stores like LIVE in Xbox 360? Or will it be available only throught the store?

Could you please confirm whether we will be receiving the first three months of Playstation Plus as a free offer, as I am sure was stated in the E3 presentation?

That is how it has been reported in the gaming press also, but I have since been told that the three months is only free if you sign up to a twelve month subscription first.

If you could please clarify the situation, I would really appreciate it.

after thinking about PS+ i’m more than likely to subscribe for at least 1 year, i mean, come on, it’s £40. if it’s rubbish then i just wont renew, no biggy. still think there are a couple of better things sony could have done with the PS+ idea (i.e. HD Movie Streaming service {i would have coughed up £40 straight away), a PS Music service, better social features) but there’s always time for them to implement more to it. so yeah, i’ll sign up. still a bit gutted that there were no XMB updates announced, it does need a bit of a face lift, but other than that, E3 was quite cool. i’m sold on Move (pricey, sure, but looks good), the games were classy, like i said, could have done with a few PSN updates (please stream movies to UK. please…..please {i know MUBI is coming, and i cannot wait, but i want blockbusters as well as classics. and HD films}) other than that, good show

You know what? I don’t care what’s inside this PS Plus thing (it’a awesome by the way). I’m gonna pay just to make Sony earn Ye, I’m a huge Sony fanboy! It gave me amazing experiences in my life (ICO, MGS, Uncharted). PlayStation forever!

I have some questions:
I assume its not the game of the year edition of LBP?
Are the free games a choice of a selection or set each month?
Do the free games last for just the month or the duration of your subsciption even when they’re not available?
Will the mini’s and psone classic be able to play on the psp?

I have a question, if I purchased Playstation + would I be able to access the special ‘Plus’ features on both the accounts on my PS3? I have a account one for myself, and another for my brother, it would seem like a con if I bought the PSN+ on my account but my brother wouldn’t be able to access any of the content. Hopefully this isn’t the case, or it atleast lets me download stuff that he can then access (like normal), but I just wanted to know if this would change because of a Pay for Access type service. If that makes sense.

now my question is, if i buy psn+ on my other account (i use my other account to buy stuff) will the features of the psn+ work on my MAIN account? (the one that doesnt have access to the ps store)

Another question about the accounts:
So games will be playable for the other users on my PS3, but
will the other users on also get the features (automatic downloads and ability to full game trial)???
Since they have access to the PlaystationStore but do not have a PSN+ Account themselves.

So, the US will only pay £27 a year and yet they get a Qore subscription included too? That doesn’t sound right. Count me out.

1 ps1 game and 2 cheap minis is enough to put me off, especially when our eu ps1 game collection looks about as interesting as my mates b-movie collection

from where im sat it looks like your trying to rent out all the stuff that dont sell

if you add continuous play and made the firstplay vids availible and added 1+ movie a week then id be tempted, possibly

We should get to keep the games as well, not just all the other content.

Ah this is weird, so you become a member for a year, don’t subscribe the next year and then loose all the stuff you had before, that doesn’t make sense to me at all, you should be able to play and use the stuff you have paid for.

what you want is for us to keep paying for the same stuff over and over, when we make a purchase, we treat it as an investment, what happens when PS4 comes out and you have stopped support for the PS3 then we are screwed.

Avatars and dynamics themes are something that very few people care about, even PSone classics are low on the list because on a PS3 with todays HDTVs these old games look awful.

You did a decent job with the God Of War Collection by updating the graphics and so on, it was a nice package, why don’t you do more HD remakes, i would much rather pay for a HD remake of a PSone or PS2 game than pay the 4 or 5 quid for the current games on the PSN store.

So I’m curious like most people on here. What happened to the misplaced sentence in the Dutch PSN+ section? Can you at least answer how that got there, confirm or deny it’s existence? Keep getting the feeling that you guys are just gonna sneak it in for some reason..

I’m of course talking about the bit that said you would be able to have cross game chat with your friends via psn.

Your answer concerning Cross-game Voice Chat is really vague and you’re avoiding giving a REAL answer, eventhough lots of people confronted you guys with the fact that it originally got listed on several official EU PlayStation-websites. Screenshots and all included (not going to bother posting them again, everyone that cares has seen them already anyway).

Could you guys FOR ONCE be clear on this matter?!

So say we don’t want to buy the game, do we still have the trophies that we unlocked on our profile, even if its 0%? Everyone hates unwanted trophies on their profiles and really should add a feature to delete them.

How big are the full games / trials because I know people would hate to download 25Gb file to play for 1hour and then not even buy it.

I had a reply from FirstPlay saying they have no plans to join PS+, but Qore is added so it would be nice for you to look into that because it was disappointing and adding more cost.

I have 60Gb PS3 model and was looking to upgrade until I had YLOD few months ago so didn’t see the point until now, well that’s if I get PS+ because right now it’s sounding worse every time I read another post on it.

People, this looks like a great deal to me. I don’t know why you keep complaining. It looks great! Sony is doing all they can do! I mean think about it, they can’t give us EVERYTHING right away, The world doesn’t work like that. We have all these amazing exclusives Xbox can’t even touch, we have an internet browser, we have a blu ray player, Xbox can’t support that stuff. I want cross game chat as much as the next guy, but we can wait. I mean, they listened to us when we wanted Kevin to go to E3, they will listen to us when we say that we want cross game chat. Move looks awesome, I’m a little iffy about 3D cuz well I just went out and bought an HDTV like 2 years ago so it will be a while before I buy a 3D one. PSplus looks like it will do well, I am defiantly buying it, if you don’t like it, don’t b!*%h about it.

Sony could not have won with this tbh. Can’t give people it free without costing a bomb can’t give much to people without gimping the current service.
So people upgrade.

What sony should have done is £12 a year all games released on PS3 gets a demo. Cross game chat free / with a party system.
Showed off a new invite system for all games to have.
Auto downloads for all updates
Redesigned XMB for in game so it quicker. No need for the whole XMB to load.

One thing missing from sonys online is keeping things standard. So that means a standard simple invite system as a example.

360 got a complete overhaul of there interface after less than 3 years and its been nearly 4 years and ps3 has only had a silly box with added colour , what is going on here you guys could have charged for stuff like cross chat and voice messages and stuff WHY DIDNT YOU DO IT cmooooooooooon

you guys really really need to start taking a harder stance with psn , bring out features people want and CHARGE FOR THEM and it drains out people who want cross chat and others who dont its really simple , loads will pay u guys need to stop giving everything away for free as thats not way the world works so sort it out and start charging and get these features out asap

Just wondering, if you are a member who downloaded one of the free games and your membership expires but then you join up again will you still have the previously downloaded games or will they be gone?

(Assuming that the downloadable games on offer change each month)

I Got a Question

Let says if i buy( I will) a 1 year Subscription and play the free psn games and earn trophies and then i stop paying will i lose those trophies from the psn games i played or not.

With the Game trials i play for the one hour granted to me and not like the game will i be able to see or keep the trophies that i earned in the trail.

will the List show up on my Trophy list when i play that game for that 1HR trial.

If it does i don’t like it and i might not play the 1HR demo. If i can call it a demo.

I can´t wait to see the reaction when mini´s like Stand O’Food or PSone games like The little mermaid 2 or the 2 “full games” you can try out are Singstar Dance and EyePet. It also sound you are making that a tool to sell something and let the customer pay for the commercial!
I bet the content will be different from country to country so the US will get great games and EU will get the crap.

I just don´t get you Sony. You have a blog for 4 years now and you are further away from what your customer want then ever befor.

So we cant choose what full game trails we want to play?
