From today we bring you a new way of interacting with content on eu.playstation.com with the facebook Like widget.
Through the exhaustive catalogue of games available on playstation.com you can start showing your friends your gaming tastes, from your old favourite arcade game to the latest hits coming to PlayStation 3. By clicking on the Like button, you will be prompted to login to Facebook. Once you’re logged in, just click on the Like button and then that game will appear on your facebook wall.
On news content on eu.playstation.com, you will find the facebook Recommend button that let you share your favourite articles in the same way that the Like button let you share your favourite games. You can also leave a comment that will appear on your wall every time you click Like and Recommend.
Finally, you’ll notice that the home page of eu.playstation.com has been redesigned to help you find the latest and most popular content. The facebook panel will also show you what the other facebook users have shared on the site. If you’re not already a fan of Sony PlayStation on facebook, you can become one now by clicking on the “Become a Fan” button.
We’re hoping to roll out similar functionality on the PlayStation Blog later this week.

I hate moaning, I really do but it just seems lately that Sony seem more interested in developing things for ruddy facebook than they do for their console.
Priorities please.

Rather have new stuff that satisfies my tastes instead of stuff that just reminds everyone what i like.
still find it odd timing that I stopped using facebook right before it started appearing on my ps3.

Totally agree with comment #4 – I’d rather we had something that was PS3 specific added.
Oh and by the way, did the 3.41 update do anything more than add reccommendations to the PSN?

Hmm..this doesn’t even work on the PS3 version of eu.playstation.com, so much for PS3′s Facebook Integration…..

Not really interested in this. I avoid all social networking sites. Please move away from this type of thing and focus on the games.

How come there was no mention about the latest FW update on the EU blog?
And after updating I can’t see any ‘you may like’ section in the store.

Maybe you should think about updating the Web Browser at first? It’s a little bit embarrassing when a smart-phone has a better web browser than a Cell powered console.
Get it together for god sakes. Sorry to rant, but tabbed browsing crashes almost 40% of the time.
The Flash player is stupidly outdated and mad-laggy! A JAVA update would also be nice.

I wish there was a ‘Hate’ button for Playstation Plus. Absolutely regret getting this in the first place. It’s no use to me! Discounts that are 80cents are no offense *USELESS*. And whats with that SONY business again when you unsubscribe after the membership you can’t play those games you downloaded via playstation plus??????????????????????????????????????
EPIC FAIL!
I will not get Playstation Plus next year for sure! Don’t get me wrong I am still not getting nothing near xbox live features where they at least have something useful.
Another failure from Sony. I couldn’t comment on this blog on my PS3…. haha you s*ck guys!
Goodbye! Time to move forward to another platform.

@21 Really? They disable your Plus content if you leave the service?
I’m definately not getting Plus then, ever.
Seems like Plus has been an epic fail in the EU anyway. A bit like the PSOne classics.
