Hey Nina. I know you prefer to respond to positive feedback, but it is hard for us French, to write something positive now. Did you know that since April 22, 2010, there were no French song added to the SingStore? Did you know that for almost a year, we’ll send wish lists, proposed and passed by the French. You will not tell me that all this time and more than 300 songs available, you have failed to obtain the rights necessary for just one song? You know my time, to send you all my polls and statistics, the wishes of French? We are not doing this just for our interest, but also in yours. Please take the time to answer me. I was excited, then I saw the release……..the third terrible one in a row….

I’m quite sure London Studios just don’t want to make money with these releases…..even the clubland concept has such potential, and when I read N-Trance were in, I assumed “Staying Alive 95″, but no…..another one I’ve never heard of….

I can’t understand this – the excellent concept of Singstar is repeatedly squandered by mediocre/poor releases…..I mean, every fortnight, I count at least five postings requesting Toto’s “Africa”, yet all requests for that, as well as a plethora of other truly great songs, are ignored…..

PLEASE, PLEASE – just concentrate on re-releasing the PS2 content on the Singstore for PS3…..I dumped my PS2 years ago, presuming all the songs could be downloaded by now……how wrong was I ?

Nina, surely if it were the case if your most recent release had a couple of these songs, followed by a few of the big name releases from the old PS2 catalogue, and some true music classics, your marketing people would notice that sales would improve for the fortnight ?

Furthermore, I was surprised to read that some people considered this release “balanced”…..no classic 60s/70s/80s/90s tracks, no PS2 backcatalogue stuff, none of the groups in music history…..

I recall that you have the rights on PS2 for Rolling Stones, Madonna, The Police, even George Michael……can’t we get these back ?

How about some Dire Straits, Phil Collins, Johnny Cash, Neil Diamond……presumably they cost, but surely these would sell a thousand times better than the current releases ???

I mean, if you released “Sweet Caroline”, or “Money For Nothing” for example, surely you would quadruple your money in a week ???

Nina, like I said before, I’ll be here every two weeks until Alphaville – Big in Japan is on the Singstore.

Also, a more technical question: will we ever see full leaderboards? For what is basically a “score attack” kind of game, it’s almost criminal that there are no full online leaderboards. Is there a reason they haven’t been implemented yet? I’d really like to know what’s taking so long – if it’s ever getting done.

I’d also love some more stats in general. Like on what date I last played on a song, on what date did I get my highest score, etc.
I really think those things would make Singstar a better, more complete game.

Absolutlety terrible update….i got 2 songs & the 2 updates in july we`re terrible as well….. Has anybody in london studios come back from holidays or do you just not care what kind of drivel you guys give us now!!! I mean, come on nina what the heck is going on?? The reason i got rid of my ps2 singstar & 15 discs was for the online catalogue & if i had of known you guys would have been giving us right said fred instead of some classics…i would`ve bought lips for the xbox instead….Whoever is picking the tracks for release would need to do a bit of research or maybe PLAY the game themselves & if they can`t find songs try looking back over the songs realesed on disc & IF you are gonna reply please don`t say it`s a matter of taste cause most of your customers on here & different forums aren`t happy

2. Its fantastic to get Spanish, German and other languages. I have some Joana, Einen Stern which I knew from going to Oktoberfest. What I am wondering is why there isn’t any Chinese, Japanese or Korean songs. This is where karaoke started in the first place, and there is a huge market there. I know this is something you haven’t just ignored, but i think rather than add in random features, you should try to hook up with Sony of China, Japan and Korea and get some songs from these countries. You can bet it will sell alot of PS3s, singstar games and songs. Is there any reason why it hasn’t been done yet? and will we ever see this happen? Surely this could be outsourced to developers in those countries.

3. I haven’t bought songs for a while… it would be nice if the songs reflected the latest music on the radio.

Hello Nina I was wondering if you could help me. Recently My Playstation 3 died. Randomly one day I switched it on and it just kept on turning itself off. Apparently it’s similar to the Red Rings of Death on the X-Box. Naturally I was furious, but I ended up buying a new playstation 3. The first thing I did after purchasing a new PS3 was to redownload all my old songs when a message appeared saying I couldn’t redownload them because they were on a different system (my old broken one!) I have spent around £250 on SingStar throughout the last 2 years please please please don’t tell me that I can’t ever get those songs back. Please tell me there is a way of retrieving my old songs which I bought with my hard earned money.

Is there a problem with the singstore’s “what’s hot” part? or is my ps3 going out of business?
Can’t seem to get there, my PS3 always freezes, same with the Singstar viewer app. Otherwise the game, store and the online portion seems to be working fine.

I would very much appreciate any help on the matter, going crazy with this Would be nice to get it working since there are some songs there that are not in the general store section under all or new songs.
