More Exclusive Extras For PlayStation Plus Members

MrBeatDown, I think that you actually have got games, minis and themes. However, you got some of them very early, the month before. So maybe it’s just an illusion? Let’s see, this is Plus Month #2. So you should have:
2 PSN games
4 minis
and a few themes

You’ve got that, right? Next week is also a new month, and then you should get more.

Here they said: “We’ll tell you what will be on Plus for the next two months, so you can decide if you want to join.” And they still haven’t given us the Heavey Rain Dynamic Theme. And let me repeat – Sony breaks European laws by not giving us the theme (or a refund). (Well, actually they haven’t broken any laws just yet, because it’s still August! (Come on Sony, don’t force us report you to consumers rights organizations! Don’t add law-breaking to the way ppl look at you!)

Yesterday marked the start of month 3 for us. We haven’t received an add-on since the very first week of Plus. And we haven’t received any avatars or themes since the final week of month 1. For all of month 2 we got one PSN game, two minis, one PS1 game, a non-dynamic theme, trial for Red Faction, and Qore. That was it. The FAQ says we were supposed to get avatars, dynamic themes, and add-ons each month, but we got none of those for month 2. And none so far for month 3.

and btw m8 if you are unhappy about u.s store and plus then i suggest not moaning abt it here as 95 percent here all wish we had half the ps1 games , themes , protection plan , 2 weekly updates u guys get

MrBeatdown, are you sure you just didn’t get the dynamic theme early? I remember reading something about that when we Europeans were all upset about you getting so much stuff…

Also, I wrote earlier that you can’t delete the minis if you want to keep playing. My bro has checked, and the minis are available through the downloaded list, so we can delete stuff if we don’t have much space left on our HDs. But it’s not very user friendly having to scroll through that loooong list just to download something again… It should be made easily available in the Plus section in the store!

I’m not here to complain for my sake. I just saw so many comparisons to the US version as if it’s vastly superior, but it’s not, so I said something. And I’m not talking about PSN in general, just Plus.

We got three MAG dynamic themes in month 1 but that was it. I wouln’t really consider those early or above and beyond what was promised each month. They were all pretty much identical.

MrBeatdown, I’m sorry to hear that you too have been let down… What we must do is continue to tell Sony what we think. We don’t complain because it’s fun. At least here they actually do read the comments, and reply quite often, although not very much in this thread today.

Sony should keep their promises, that’s the least we can demand.

The R.U.S.E. demo is available to download on Steam today for everyone.

Sony just delayed it for everyone else.

Who are you trying to fool SONY? You simply delayed the RUSE Demo for regular members and released it on-time for PS+ members. Demo is out everywhere else for FREE.

Go get steam(free) and download the demo today. There is no need for the delayed non-PS+ member version.

No, Knight0011, I don’t think they delayed the demo for the regular members. But if you want it early on PS3 you can always pay for Plus! Those of us who have payed are glad to get some extra surprises. Although I kind of like that Sony tell us in advance what we’ll get each month, it takes away some of the fun. So, more surprises, please!

RUSE looked great, but I’m not used to this kind of game, so it seemed like it will take some time to learn how to control it. Maybe it will be easier with Move, and I have pre-ordered Move…

What are you complaining about? You paid a one time fee and get a lot of content. Everything will not be to your taste but bits and pieces here and there during a year should be up your alley.

US gets a protection plan? so? We have 2-3 years warranty i EU by law. Why should I pay extra for this?

Im psyched for Move launch. I will try R.U.S.E since I like strategy games. I think its kinda nice giving us one week early access. I never paid for this. I paid for a service. What I get is what I get. I cant complain. I got Zen Pinball, it was awesome. Went and bought all extra tables.

I hope some Move extras are coming for +. It would be nice.

One thing I would like to get as a plus member is custom avatars. I want my own face or picture. I dont see how this would be possible thou, considering privacy, copyright, licensing rights, abuse and such.

Yeah, it definitely appears as if Sony EU are just delaying things for regular PSN members rather than actually releasing them early for Plus members. A weeks delay for the over-priced PS1 Tomb Raider, a weeks delay for the RUSE demo.

And notice how the responses stop within a couple of posts? As soon as things get vaguely negative?

So glad I didn’t get Plus, and nothing Sony have done comes close to even changing my mind.

I need MORE stuff from PS+ to convince me into buyin it.

This is something that have been on my mind lately.

If there would come a discount offer on game that I have downloaded for free on plus, and I would like to buy it while it is cheaper to be sure to have it even if I stop the plus service.
It looks like I will not be able to buy it while I still have the plus service unless maybe I delete it first (do not know if that works or if it will still only want to download)…

Could it not be possible to change so we still can buy things we already have on plus (maybe in another color to show that we have it already) or add a buy at discount option to unlock things that we have got on plus for free?

you will get 3 consecutive months from the date of purchase. im not sure of the precise timescales (30, 90, 365 days iirc) but you should get that months, then the next 2 consecutive allowing for mid month overlap.

you do not get access to previous months content. eu content is delivered on a monthly basis although now we are starting to get mid month additional content

we are plus members so we have to get this not just random keys for random people i know alot of people who never heard of this game but do have a key [DELETED] is this

The sign up for playstation plus started 27th june or july i think.. They then changed the playstation plus content releases to 1st of every month… SO how am i going to get my 3rd months content if it releases 1st of every month.. james i think you should look into this.. the release date of playstation plus content for august should be before the 27th..?
