Earlier today I received this strange image with a bunch of gaming sites listed on it. I checked some of them out and they seem to have received similar images.
We’re told that this all leads to the announcement of a new minis title and that more details will follow but, in the meantime, does anyone fancy trying to solve the puzzle?

Wipeout Mini is the preferred attempt so far… It’s the first thing I thought when I saw it.. Kudos loiner85

It’s simply. Each page listed have a diferent part of the image. The D1 A1 indicate the position of this part of the image in the final image.
But sorry, i have no time to make the complete image

Just looks like an advert to list poor gaming websites and increase their hits.
No doubt the websites in turn will award the game an undeserved high score !

wipeout mini indeed. the wording is almost identical to the info you used to get in the original ps1 loading screens and track info… like the tracks being made of reclaimed titanium etc.
or i hope so. 1st party minis sound promising ans would definitely justify a plus subscription, nudge nudge wink wink…

@5 I agree it has what looks to be a cockpit and @15 it has a chassis so meens a vehical of some kind!

My first thoughts were that it might be wipeout or tron related. I guess it has to be something we’re familiar with and not a new IP. Whatever it is, nice way to get noticed!

Im gonna go out on a limb here but could this potentially be the start of the starhawk announcement campaign…..
Its either that or a new style wipeout game. Its definately not vanquish though. As its got to be a Sony announcement to be allowed to do an advertising campaign like this….

Solved it. It solves in 2 ways. One showing a high-tech ship that has nothing to do with Wipeout, the other has the words “EU & US PS BLOG” followed by “07/09/10″

well, it aint wipeout as we know it… since Studio Liverpool got downsized… and SONY hold ther rights to the wipeout franchise… shame really, we could do with some more wipeout related content, or even a new game.
