SONYYYYYYYYYYY we are waiting!! TBH you are making the service very hard to recommend and starting to have second thoughts about this PS+ …thing is wouldnt be as bad if we in EU got same ammount of content as in the US :/

Just so everyone knows (as previous people have said, but many seem to ignore) you can download pretty much everything on the list now. I can’t find the themes but theres no rush for them. Just search the A-Z section for PS3 games, add ons and PS1 section.

This is an absolute disgrace.

I have been a big supporter of Playstation Plus from morning one, and I have defended it against all, but this is ridiculous.

When I pay 50€ a year for a service, I expect it to be delivered ontime within reason and if not, to at least be notified about a delay.

James this is absolutely ridiculous, a shambles.

I paid £40 on the promise that I would receive content for my PS3 on the first Wednesday of every month. I have not received my content for this month. It is almost not Wednesday anymore.

This would not be tolerated in any other industry. If you promise someone something, you deliver upon it in a timely fashion. Especially if they have paid for it.

It’s ridiculous. We’re the consumers here. Sony should be trying desperately to make us want to resubscribe or recommend the product to our friends. I highly regret getting the one-year package, and I have said as much to my friends. I will be writing a formal complaint and will continue to ACTIVELY URGE anyone & everyone NOT to get PS+. The content is sort of worth it, but their customer service is appalling.

they are hired to run this, but when negative post got posted, they are hiding under there desk.

thats not the support we deserved, we pay for things so we expect support.

if they reply’ed at alot of posts how and why it takes so long then we wouldnt had so much negative posts.

we all know we can get some content but the fact it is not all there and we have to search for it is wrong. you wouldnt hire someone a car then say go find it. [DELETED] its the priciple of the thing. the service i and everyone else pays for is not there. simple as that. sony its a disgrace that no one has come forward to tell us why or when it will be there.

Yeah I may of sounded like I don’t care about this before. I know it’s not right that we have to tell people, but really I’m commenting to just let the impatient know that they can get there hands on it now and not have to wait. It is a disgrace that they can’t even sort the Plus section out though, particularly because we’re paying for a better more convenient service.

Is everything available through the search option? Because I’m waiting to download the UFC 2010 DLC.

Thought there was some problem with my account when I got home from work a few minutes ago and couldn’t find the new Plus content, glad I checked on here and found out there wasn’t. Not glad however about having to wait for the update, what’s up with that? I was looking forward to playing Sam & Max after work! Come on, Sony, you’re a big company, you should be able to get this sorted.

Am I the only one having trouble with Sam & Max? I downloaded it all, started episode 1, it requires an update, which then fails to download and the PS3 resets itself…have tried several times. Had problems with Joe Danger last week too, which I’ve still not resolved.

On the advice of other posters I’m downloading Sam and Max episode 1 trial and the full game unlock for free. You can find it by searching for it. Bit dumb of me not to cop that earlier today.

Jeez, use your initiative guys. I went on, saw it hadn’t updated. Searched for Sam and Max, and now Im downloading it free of charge.

Im a bit miffed off that new plus users get Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty i would of rather got that because i already had Little Big Planet game when i got and Phat PS3 and i joined plus the month it started. :’(

Sony, we should have the service that we’ve paid for “working as promised and on the committed time” or at least we have to hear from you an official apology in earliest. I’m waiting to see how Sony will deal professionally with this

I think PSN+ offers great value and to get the entire sam&Max collection is fantastic! It justify the entire PSN+ year for me!

PLEASE give all PS3 users cross game voice chat and you will get many multi console owners to buy the ps3 version of a multiplayer game like cod, moh, bc2 and others. That will also make many cancel XBlive subscription. PLEASE!

I bought PSN+ to support PSN and get it even more competitive to XBlive. I hope that stuff like auto syncing of throphies and cross game voice chat will be updated asap to all PS3 owners for free. That would be fantastic.

Anyone else notice if you download the sam and max episodes they don’t have a expire date like every other plus stuff…check yourself by pressing triangle on an episode and look for the start and end date. every other plus content on my ps3 end 29.6 2011 not this though its like the free Little Big Planet i got for signing up no expire date.

As for the slow update, I don’t really care as the stuff for PS+ is already updated on the PSP store too. I’m playing Abe’s Odyssey at the moment, so I can wait for the section on the store to update.

Cheer up guys! Complaining and threatening lawsuits is very childish. Stuff like this takes time! It’s not hitting a button, it probably takes a team to update all this stuff!
