On top of all that we’ve got our screenshot galleries, which this week take in space zombies with Dead Space 2, desert zombies (kinda) with Rage, cross-franchise face-flattening with Street Fighter X Tekken, and damsel-escorting with Knights Contract.

@Bullucks – It should. They are looking into it. Trouble is FirstPlay is only available in the UK whereas the European PlayStation Plus is available across Europe so it wouldn’t be fair if the UK got additional content. Although in saying that America do get Qore for free so they get additional content. FirstPlay should become available across Europe and then it would be fair for everyone if it became part of PS+

I thinkfirstplay should be kept exclusive to Uk if the rest of the world wants it then they should make there own. Also you can already get firstplay cheaper if u subscribe. Anyway sounds like andother great week looking forward to the Move reviews.

@ShadowDoGGG – Its the way Sony Computer Entertainment work though. They have their divisions such as SCEJ, SCEA and SCEE. SCEE stands for Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. The UK part of SCEE so it wouldn’t be fair is only a part of SCEE got FirstPlay included in PS+ and the rest didn’t. Future Publishing need to make FirstPlay available across Europe so that it would be fair for SCEE to include it in PS+

I would love to get this service in the Netherlands.. I mean what kind of source does the rest of Europe have..
I would like to see some Move reviews etc… I think it is a shame the rest of Europe is left out yet again.

You do know what SCEE stands for right it’s the division for EUROPE not the UK..!! Maybe the UK needs to get there own division SCEUK then you would have had your own firstplay.
I mean come on it should stay exclusive to the UK.. how selfish can you be!!!
I for one hope that SCEE will deliver this service to other European countries in the near future. Just as the Videostore ETC.. the list goes on..

They do publish it, but the Stores are different in each territory, spread across Europe. There isn’t one ‘European Store’, and so it’s very complicated for us to make all the arrangements to put FP out everywhere.
We’d like to have it published in as many countries as possible, so we’re working on it.

While i do respect you commenting back but it has been this answer with every service for a long long time now..
I am just a gamer in Europe that wants what the slogan says..
It only does everything.. Well it should do everything in each territory! I know you agree.. And yes working on it.. Difficult different stores etc.
But in the end of the day who are the ones that are cut off from all the great services. sigh.. well that has been enough out off me for today.. But i hope something will be done about this situation and soon.

great episode, firstplay is finally really getting worth it now, going by the last 3/4 episodes, well done team!!
Hope to see more of it in the future, especially last weeks episode, was by far the best ever released with the variety involved!!
Hopefully a couple more downloadable treats will come our way soon, thanks everyone at future publishing =D

This weeks episode looks interesting.
I just hope the following are not in it:
1)The same annoying adverts – Seriously, some have been in use for around 5 weeks now and are getting on my nerves (Around 3 I think).
2)Please, I beg you, stop rating every game an 8! – If you say a game is a must have, which is what most of the time your saying, then it deserves a 9 or a 9.5 in my opinion.
There have been a few games where I feel that it should have got a 9, but its always 8. You might as well say “We love every game on the PS3, so they all get an 8 from us”.
I just hope, when LBP2 comes out, you give it something higher than 8. To me, its a clear winner for a 10
Other than the 2 problems I have mentioned above, I’m really happy with FirstPlay

I’ve honestly not noticed all the 8s! We just take every game as it comes and give it what it deserves. K&L was a 6, Mafia a 7, RUSE a 7, Sports Champz an 8. Yeah, I’m gonna go ahead and say you’re wrong

I’m sorry candypants but I don’t think I’ll be renewing my subscription.
The themes are usually crap, the alledgedly exclusive minis were ripped off by PSN+ and the DLC as a whole has been few and far between.
If you were to be included with PSN+ as Qore is in the USA then I would still enjoy your witty remarks for 5 – 10 mins before I delete it, but as that is unlikley to happen, I bid you farewell!

Sorry you don’t feel like there’s enough here for you – I hate seeing anyone leave us. There is more DLC coming, but like I say whenever it comes up we’re not DLC-focused, we’re HD video and editorial focused.

can someone please give me the news that firstplay has become good, because thefirst 90 days were terrible, because i could get everything from the internet for free… or a better review or preview in many many magazines. so is it actually worth getting now? or not oh and btw if anyone is going to tell me about the dlc or free stuff, there is on good free stuff… the themes are rubbish, the dlc is pointless, and i already get the minis through plus.
