I’m having the same issue as the last few posts.

I’ve purchased:

Tears for Fears songpack

The Drums – Let’s go Surfing

The money’s gone, have had the email confirming my purchase, but no downloads and nothing on the purchase history.

Please can you look into this?

Same issue here:
two songs purchased, money gone, no download.

Same here, 3 songs and no downloads history but the money has been taken

I’m having the same problem as every one, can’t download the new songs I’ve just purchased, but the money is subtracted from my wallet. the songs are:A.R. Rahman feat.Jai Ho! (You Are My Destiny)and Girls AloudI Think We’re Alone Now.

i have an issue i bought 2 songs, jackson 5 and Aguita amarilla, i got charged for the 2 and i got the confirmation mail of both songs, but i was only avaible to download 1 (aguita amarilla)and jackson 5 just dissapeared, it doesnt appear in purchase history too,

how can i download it if i already bought it and doesnt appear in the purchase history

I’m also having the same problem:

Bought and have been charged for 5 songs (also received a confirmation e-mail), but I’m only able to download 3 of them, the other 2 don’t show up in my purchase history.

Please fix this ASAP.

Thanks for the heads up Nina! From what I have read so far(from here, Facebook and Singstar World Forums) This happens only with ALL the new songs plus the new song pack. Hope you guys figure it out soon

Pussycat Dolls – Hush hush and Jai ho have it

where does this leave all the people who’ve paid for some of the new tracks so far? Obviously there’s no record of it in the purchase history only in the actual email.

I’m having the same problem as others are having. I paid for songs, the money was deducted from my wallet, but the songs are not on my “purchased songs” list.

Any update on this, I rang the PS3 Sony Support line this morning and the guy didn’t even know how to download songs from the Singstore, eventually he escalated it, I then came on here to read the same problems for everyone else, hope it gets sorted for tomorrow evening as have a Singstar night planned!

BTW thanks for the Tears for Fears songpack, some great ones there, can we have an OMD one next pretty please?

Those who had this problem, when they sign in the store they ll be notified that they have new songs in their Purchase History. So everyone who has already bought them can download them. So part of the problem fixed. Now we are waiting for the songs to go up live again without any bugs

It wasnt Singstore’s problem but the PSN’s?

very sorry that my first post is not more positive, but unfortunately my recent purchase of ‘i think we’re alone now’ isn’t yet showing in my purchase history. can’t repurchase it either as trolley throws a blocking message. any ideas?

This is getting very frustrating… just like xeryus1984, I’m also still missing the songs I purchased (Dido – Thank You, Pussycat Dolls – Hush Hush, Tears For Fears songpack) from my download history. Please fix this soon, else the SingStar party scheduled for this weekend will be a lot less happier…

thank you for your continuing efforts on our behalves, i purchased ‘i think your alone now” on Wednesday, at the same time I purchased a Dido song from an earlier release, and the Dido one download fine. i’ve logged in and out a couple of times already this afternoon – between 13:00 and 16:00, still no joy. will try again very shortly and add another post.

same result i’m afraid, checked at 16:20, still not seeing the Girls Aloud track in my purchase history, but can see Dido ‘White flag’ from the same transaction (which as mentioned did download fine)

Thanks a lot – got my songs! Another thing though – I tried the link earlier in this thread for posting song requests and I got a “Page Not Found” error message (tried on 2 different days in case it was temporary) – could you please check this? I’m eager to submit requests. Thanks!

thank you for continuing to look into it, i know you’d much rather things went smoothly for everyone, glad the current fix seems to be working for others

For anyone still having problems getting their songs to appear in the purchase history, try deactivating/activating your PS3 in the account management menu of the XMB. That did the trick for me.
