Welcome to the new SingStore update. In the girl corner this week, some more Pussycat Dolls, Girls Aloud and Dido and, representing the boys, The Jackson 5, Twin Atlantic and The Drums. My pick of the week: ‘No No Never’ by Texas Lightning. Just an excuse to dress up as a cowgirl, really :-)

It’s Giorgio again from Playstos Entertainment. I’d like to thank everyone who submitted their artwork for last week’s Pallurikio Style Contest. Here at Playstos we had really a good time looking through all of your great looking submission (including some less-than-serious funny photos).

It was a tough call to make, but we finally chose the winner of the contest.

Congratulations go to Cheng An from Germany, who submitted this impressive piece of artwork and is declared the winner of our contest!

Cheng An won a brand new PSP Go offered by Playstos.

A special mention goes to Ole Marius Rygh from Norway and Dirk Schumacher (and his daughter Chantal) from Germany for their great efforts. To show our appreciation for their hard work we’re publishing their artworks here as well.

PlayStation.Blog Recap

Countries: , , , ,

That was quite a fun week, what with PlayStation Move launching across the PAL regions and TGS happening over in Japan. What was your favourite?

Those of you in the UK might want to flick on the TV at 8:20am on Sunday morning. Channel 4 is starting a series of six shows called GT Academy, taking you through a competition where the best Gran Turismo drivers from 17 countries competed in real life racing challenges for the chance to drive for the Nissan PlayStation racing team in the GT4 European Cup. For all I know, some of you blog readers might be in it!

Here’s your recap.

The Friday Debate – All The Right Moves?

Countries: , , , ,

So, there it is. After just over a year of waiting, PlayStation Move has finally launched worldwide. There has been a lot of talk around it here on the blog and what has been most encouraging is that those who already have their hands on it seem to be having fun.

So it seems fitting to leave this week’s Friday Debate for you to talk about your early experiences, share any feedback or problems with us and discuss the possibilities of this new way to play with PlayStation 3.

The poll is all about genres and which you think will benefit most from motion control.

Jump into the comments and share anything that springs to mind around PlayStation Move, good or bad, and I’ll respond as much as I can.
