PlayStation Network is offline for scheduled maintenance from 16:00 on Thursday 28 October 2010 until 00:30 on Friday 29 October 2010, BST.
During the maintenance, you will be unable to access the following services:
- PlayStation Store on PS3, PSP and PC.
- PlayStation Network Account Management.
- PlayStation Network Account Registration.
In addition, you will not be able to sign in to PlayStation Network from eu.playstation.com. If you wish to play online during the maintenance, please ensure you sign in to PSN before 16:00 on Thursday 28 October 2010.
During this maintenance, you can continue to collect in-game trophies and these will be updated on your profile once PlayStation Network is back up and running.

This morning i had no electricity. Sorted that but then this afternoon had no internet. Sorted that and now this evening I can’t go have a few battles on Uncharted 2, the one thing I’ve been wanting to do all day. Sucky day to be sure.

For those complaining about tonights KZ3 test event. If you bothered to read the beta site you would know the test has been put back until tomorrow night instead!

I’ve got no problems with Maintenance Updates but would you please tell us a few days in advance? Rather than telling ON the day its down because not a lot of people get the chance to get online in time.

Thank god I found this post. I was getting the message “Unavailable in your region” when trying to access the store. Thought my PS3 or broadband had gone ape on me.

They don’t do it during night hours, because some one has to acually be there and do it. i doubt that anyone would like to work during night… but still, they should do it in the morning, when most of PSN community is at work/school.
