This time next week, chances are, between us all we might have driven all of the 1000+ cars in Gran Turismo 5. I’d have to be unaware of the Internet to not realise how much you’re looking forward to the latest Real Driving Simulator and, on behalf of everyone at SCEE, I hope you enjoy it. I’ll be doing my best to send your excitement levels into overdrive with some GT5 posts next week, including live coverage from the launch event in Madrid on Wednesday evening. Having seen the itinerary, I’ll just say that it’s not to be missed. I’ll even go as far as to say it’s unmissable. Here’s your recap:

Ah, video games. Where a librarian can be a sniper, an investment banker can blow up aircraft carriers and a professional footballer can be a more aggressive professional footballer. The most placid of adults can enjoy blood and/or guts from time to time and I’m sure we can all agree that playing violent games does not turn a sane, civilized person into Patrick Bateman.

What I’d like to know is:

You read that right, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood is now available! Join Ezio in his ongoing struggle against the Templar Order and take part in a first for the Assassin’s Creed series: Multiplayer.

Also, don’t forget that there is free content for Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood available via Uplay. Use your Uplay Units to unlock items such as the Armour of Altaïr and the Hellequin multiplayer character. For more details just go to www.uplay.com.
