We have for you below the brand spanking new Resistance 3 trailer, which includes the very first look at some of the stunning new gameplay in this highly anticipated title.
But first, for those of you that may have missed Insomniac’s post earlier in the week giving an update on Resistance 3 to date, (including first details of the storyline and some nuggets involving 2 player split screen co-op!) I’d encourage you to click here to find out more.

Can’t wait. Hope the EU release is in the same week as the US (6th Sept). Was no fun jumping into R2 multiplayer when they’d had nearly 4 weeks to rank up

Looks brilliant. Although my life would be complete if the girl narrator came back, that was the thing I hated about Resistance 2. Keep up the work!

and I hope the cut scenes will be live action aswell, I don’t think any games have those anymore, would help it stand out from other FPS’

looks awsome
IMO needs a little more sway on the guns when moving, but still looks frigging awsome, the dead Kraken at 0:55 paints a really bleak picture! (I wouldn’t be surprised if in the game one of its tentacles is still alive or something, lol)

Looking forward to Resistance 3! It looks fantastic and Insomiac delivers like always! R1 and R2 were both different to each other but just as awesome! Don’t get it why people disliked R2, it was a natural evolution to RFOM and R3 looks like is keeping the same tendence!

lovely..never been this hyped about a resistance for that matter..this one seems to have made a pretty huge technical leap again..looks like they’ve learned a thing or two from other great ps3 exclusives and their makers..they must’ve been talking to the guys from guerilla and naughty dog, for one :p

Firstly, can’t wait for this game! the other 3 were epic, so lots of expectations for this one. Secondly, why have I read so many people moaning about the ‘impossible’ 10, 000 kills trophy on R2? I managed it, it was just time consuming. better them trophies than ‘play online for a certain amount of time’.
