Hello again, readers! I can’t believe this day has come, but it has: Explodemon is out TOMORROW on the wonderful PlayStation Network!
To celebrate the launch we’ve got a brand-spanking new trailer, carefully designed to amaze you so much that you can’t resist buying a copy:
So, what do you get for your low-low £7.99/9.99 Euro?
Well, you get an epic story spanning three diverse worlds, full of funny one-liners, comic situations and deeply heartwrenching pathos (maybe). You get 12 massive, sprawling levels filled with secret areas, devilish puzzles and perilous traps. You get tons of unlockable abilities and permanent character upgrades, all crucial in evolving Explodemon into the ultimate badass exploder-dude. You get a finely nuanced control system designed to make speed-running a graceful and compulsive experience. AND – most of all – you get the undying love of an indie developer that believed in its vision too stubbornly to give up.
Everyone here at Curve is ‘double rainbow’-levels of excitedness about the fact that you’ll soon be getting your mitts on our labour of love, so make sure you let us know what you think!
Oh, and if you’re a little light on money this month, fear not: we’re giving away THREE copies of Explodemon RIGHT NOW! If you want to know more, make sure you follow @curvestudios!
I’ll be hanging around in the comments section if you’ve got any questions (related to the game, of course – still having nightmares after last time). Otherwise, I’ll see you on the leaderboards, chump!

Where did this post disappear to? Has been missing for about 10mins.
Anyway, good luck with the launch. I won’t be able to get it tomorrow but it is on my ‘want’ list.

Pesky gremlins. It’s back for good, as Take That would say.

Completely off topic, However the psn plus dynamic themes are still missing from the plus section. Could you please advise?

Cool game but I won’t be buying it or anything from Playstation Store until the PS+ issues are resolved. James and Ed it would be REALLY REALLY great if you could give James Thorpe a really firm nudge to at least let us know what is happening with the plus stuff that wasn’t delivered this month and last. even if its not fixed yet. The most frustrating thing is that we haven’t even had an apology for the wait or an explanation. It’s the non- response to peoples questions and comments that is upsetting people. If any of you could us out we’d be really grateful.

Grrrr What have Sony done to the browser this time in the last System Update. First an update last year munted you tube searches and comments & now it appears 3.56 has duded the Follow buttons in Twitter. I tried to Follow you guys at curvestudios and the Follow button bricked on me, nada, dead as a Milli Vanilli concert. So I thought I’d foolproof it by double checking with another Twitter account and saw a guy called Chris whom seems to be affiliated with you. So lo & behold I tried to Follow said Chris on his Twitter page(thereby becoming his SECOND alltime Follower)and the button was dead again. Anyhow I tried to follow you on Twitter cos I like the look of your game. btw after reading some of the Tweets you receive I must say I do not believe your game sucks, I think it looks like fun, it looks fresh and I like exploring and powering up and gaining skill thru graft(but not thru grind). Its on my list…) thx curve

Sorry, if I wanted to play ‘Splosion Man, I’d have bought ‘Splosion Man, not some clone.
Hope you guys get lots of money for it though. Original game design deserves lots of monetary return, don’t you think?
