If you’re the kind of player who likes to hunt down every trophy and every secret in a game, now may be a good time to request that paid vacation. When Killzone 3 hits the streets, there will be more than 50 new trophies for you to obtain – including 20 hidden ones! Luckily the official game guide to Killzone 3 will be released simultaneously, thanks to the dedicated folks at Future Press.

Hopefully there will be no completely ridiculous online trophies though the ones posted are pretty cool. Seem challenging but not stupid

Those seem quite doable, even the 1500 Helghast one. Hopefully the hidden ones aren’t too difficult.

@kivi95: trophies should be hard to aquire, but not frustrating. If the trophies make you want to throw your cat out the window, or maybe give you the urge to burn down your neighbors flagpoles, they are too hard.

usually im kinda against online trophies, though a Killzone game is one of the few that id be totally happy with them being included 8D. still, tis cool to see that they seem to have been cut down slighty compared to KZ2s, gets more peeps trying for them i guess

So far, it looks like a downgrade from the toughness of KZ2, except Elite.
I hope the secret trophies are fun but the vast majority of them are more then likely story based -.-
I still hope for a slide related trophy, it would seem like a wasted feature if there wasn’t some mention of it. =/

Yeah. The Uncharted 2′s politic for trophies is the top.
Most focused on Single-player and 1-2 easy Multiplayer trophies. Then, with DLC, they have total freedom for every type of online trophies.

I usually play through the game once before I go trophy hunting. They add some replayability and this way they don’t ruin my first playthrough.

I sincerely hope that the remaining 20 trophies are a damn site better than these because this list is pathetically simple.
If there are no better trophies then the KZ3 platinum will be insignificant next to the KZ2 one. The whole point of platinum trophies should be that they are difficult to achieve and hence very rewarding, I pray that there will be something more challenging in the hidden list, especially for online play.

You are so wrong, by definition a trophy is something awarded for being successful not below average. Yeah ok, there should be some simple ones but there is no point in having them at all if everyone can get them all with their eyes closed.
I don’t expect to get every trophy for every game, if i did they would be boring. When they are difficult it is all the more rewarding to complete and differentiates you from the dross

It’s not about being easy or not but you devs sould stop, once and for all, to put online trophies in your games because you’re assuming everyone have internet and you might be wrong, there’s people here that can really aford having internet but they live in areas with really bad coverage if not none at all so they don’t have internet.

KZ2 was my first FPS and I got the Platinum Trophy anyway.. For those who whine, please go play barbie or play Wii or Kinect. I am very disappointed of this trophy list, since there is no 1% trophy anymore.

Whilst I agree with some people that trophies should be a challenge to get, they shouldn’t be as ridiculous as Killzone 2 was. Getting in the top 1% of the leaderboards in a given week? [DELETED] was having to get all the medals, only for the fact that sentry turrets were almost entirely useless and couldn’t kill a fly, let alone what was it, five enemies per match 8 times? That was out of your hands, you couldn’t do anything to make your turrets more accurate, more durable or more powerful, it was entirely down to luck and made it frustrating to the point where it’s not enjoyable or worth the effort.
Playing the campaign on Elite, that’s absolutely fine, it’s a challenge but it’s all up to you, it’s possible. Some of those multiplayer trophies however, were not.

Wow, those are some terrible multiplayer trophies. Some may say I’m fickle but that’s put me off the purchase slightly, I’m only really interested in the multiplayer right now since the BETA has been promising.

all the ppl who dont like online trophies dislike them cos they suck… i think theres should be loads of online, since the ppl who will play the game the most will play online, and they should have trophies. just dont make boosting friendly ones.
