Nice update, and I am really looking forward to reading Slaughterman’s Creed, but you have abit of issue with that at the minute Pauline. It is missing the audio commentary.

Thank you – and indeed for Slaughterman’s Creek, we are having technical issues with the file but are fixing it as I type, so the correct version will be up shortly. If you have already downloaded it, it’s just a case of downloading it once more at no extra cost. Sorry for the inconvenience!

When you guys release the PlayStation Slate & NGP, please make sure they both support the comic store.
I wanna see my fantastic comic art on a High def OLED screen

Bought Slaughterman’s Creed but the option for commentary seems to be missing.

Indeed – fixing it right now, I will let you guys know when the correct file is in. The commentary is great so not to be missed if you can wait a little longer!

Glad you like it – make sure you check out the commentary as well when it’s up!

Ahh, Hooray! 2000AD returns…. sort of. Though now it seems to be lagging 2 months behind retail rather than just one. Can someone from Sony go round and kick Tharg in his lazy green arse so he gets a move on!
Hmm, not a ton of other stuff that I’m interested in, but that’s ok. I’m picky about the stuff I read, though I may look into Mercy Sparx and Slaughterman’s Creed.
Oh, and any idea when we can expect more Hack/Slash?
Keep up the good work!

Quaequam Blag! I don’t know if we’re tough enough to take on Thrag, but I will investigate that – thanks for the feedback.
More Hack/Slash… next week.

Just a question, I never really bothered with Digital Comics, but I keep an eye on it, just for clarification, is this service available to German customers as well, when the answer is no – when?
Posted on 2 March, 2011 at 4:47 pm by Pauline Martyn
It is not unfortunately, and it has been decided that we would not release any more stores (including Germany) at present. Sorry.

Thanks for more Spidey. When he didn’t appear last week I kinda paniced.

He’ll be on and off throughout the month, but more is coming fear not!

So, Still asking, still hoping it gets here soon, since it is not over before you give up:
The good old questions:
Release in Scandinavia/rest of EU?
Comics reader for PS3
And Crossregion gifting?
Posted on 2 March, 2011 at 4:48 pm by Pauline Martyn
No news Shadowdragoon, sorry!

*Slaughterman’s Creed fans*: we are having technical issues with #1 and the commentary is not currently within the file. We are working to fix this as soon as possible and will update you here when the new file is in – if you have already bought it (or want to buy it before it is fixed), you will be able to download the new version with commentary at no extra cost. Stay tuned!
Posted on 3 March, 2011 at 10:02 am by Pauline Martyn
It is now fixed! Enjoy the commentary.

This guy^^ should be given honorary access to the comic store for sheer determination
Hope we get some NGP/Comic Store comfirmation soon. I feel a bit wary buying content if the hardware is about to become defunct.

yay, comics. ^_^
more azure, i’m really liking that series.
some more free first issues of some titles too, which is nice, promotes sales, i bet a few people bought more issues of a series after liking the first free issue, i probably wouldn’t have got into azure if i hadn’t tried the first issue.
still dissapointed in dc with the dcu online comic pricing though, but that’s down to them.
lastly, are there any more bundles on the horizon?
i got the tank girl bundle and i should just have finished downloading the zombies vs robots bundle.
it would be nice to see some of the other titles on the store get bundled too.
Posted on 3 March, 2011 at 10:07 am by Pauline Martyn
Allo! Oh yes, more bundles coming don’t you worry! And yep free issues are great to make people discover series.
For the DCOU comic, I believe the initial digital price is the same than print (£3.19 / $2.99) so they are just aligning the price here…

Its nice that the homepage for digital comics still says.
We’re not quite ready for you yet.
We do plan to launch the service in as many countries as possible, we just can’t be certain when. Please check back here now and then, and who knows…

I don’t have a PSP but i wouldn’t mind reading some comics on my big screen TV, so how about a reader of some sort for the PS3 ?
more choice is better you know
Posted on 3 March, 2011 at 10:07 am by Pauline Martyn
I completely agree, I’d love the service to be on PS3 as well – let’s see!

@Stonesthrow.
Video and Comics store release in Belgium is like trying to create a government in Belgium. At least one has already admitted they aren’t trying anymore.
