Is this really how Sony deals with customers? 2 weeks late with MK DLC and then double price?
Most companies would try to make it up to customers by giving them a discount. No no not Sony. You sure some programmer didn’t multiply by 2 by mistake instead of dividing by 2?

And then to top it all the DLC that was supposed to be new todat is missing.

I’ve only owned a PS3 for about 6 months and I’m already wishing I’d got an Xbox. You want to charge us double the price for the Mortal Kombat classic DLC pack, and haven’t even mentioned Skarlet at all. You’re aware that there is a huge MK community and we’re all discussing boycotting Playstation and Netherrealm Studios because of this? It’s just an insult.

just a quick question i know that Dead Nation was in the welcome back pack but i have a friend new to ps3 and he is after a copy of this and wants to know if or when it will be back in the shop

This is just getting worse, 2 demos, videos which have been on the webiste for ages and a load of extras for games that people aren’t really playing anymore. And for the second time of asking, where are the great PSone games that are available all over the globe apart from here? C’mon, release some of this stuff in the UK and stop releasing all the old stuff that wasn’t very good in the fisrt place! We want Spyro!!!! I want to play it on my PSP and PS3, would also make my girlfriend very happy!!

This story of MK dlc it is an incredible situation. I can’t believe fans and customers can get a treatment like this when they want to buy your products.. The worse part is that not only we get them very very late, with a double price but according to these persons we do not deserve even a response related to this issue. Thanks a lot but just remember that Europe is the place where actually you are winning the console war against Microsoft, next time I wouldn’t be so sure..

I know Sony is cutting losses, but where’s new PS+ stuff?
How do you think the people that pay for it are feeling?
The service disabled for over a month, and then followed by month of nothing new. If I were a paying, I’d demand a second month free on the fact since it came back back, I’m sure only one new thing added.
3 weeks of stagnation, in a service that’s supposedly changing by week.

And what’s happened to the regular Store?
Why aren’t we getting anything good?
After the appalling way Sony handled the problems last month, and the potential damage it cause customers, you’d think they’d not be as insulting to waste time on these non-updates.
No update would be better than this.

Can I just say you should change the listing to make sure everyone knows that American Mcgee’s Alice is not stand alone, as I just wasted 8 quid on it to find this out. I have no interest in the sequel as i tried a friend’s, and its not great.

I am boycotting Neatherrealm Studios until they fix the online and DLC for MK. I will not be buying any DLC until they start treating their EU costumers the same way they threat their American costumers. I hope everybody here who feels the same does it too and don’t fall for these fancy new constumes and characters. I want them as much as the next MK fan, but this is not right! They’re showing their true colors with this.

I only bought it on PS3 for the better D-pad, had I known Sony’s EU service was so poor I wouldn’t have bothered.

Also the last Multi-platform game I buy on this console. IF they are so happy to treat their customers so badly, then I’m quite happy to stick with Microsoft.

The lack of Skarlet and the double price on a two week late DLC pack is nothing but an out-and-out insult to EU MK fans.

It is a complete and utter disgrace. We have been straight out lied to by Netherealm with regard to their policy on costume packs and now about the release of Skarlet. On top of this we are expected to pay double the price for something most UK users already own half of thanks to the pre-order bonus policy of our retailers, that has been made available to us weeks later than our American counterparts.

I sincerely hope that people think long and hard before they give in to consumerism and pay the bloated price for these because quite frankly, NRS and Sony are calling us mugs right to our faces and letting our impatience govern our actions confirms their beliefs.

You truly are exploitative swines Sony/NRS and you should be damn right ashamed.

Yes, even EU Xbox users get the MK DLC cheaper than we do.

PS3 EU customers are the only ones who are being charged such a ludicrous amount. What’s next? Skarlet in two weeks at 12€ ?

First PSN is down nearly 2 months, my credit card info gets stolen and now this? This is just ridiculous. I’m done with PS3. Going to get an Xbox right now. F U Sony.

dude you could just keep your ps3 for exclusive cause all multiplatform games look better on 360 anyways and you’d be cheaper off with Xboxlive you may pay 1 time a year instead off PSN where you pay extra every store update you probably paid more for store content here than the whole subscription fee on xbox
