Today we have a brand new Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One trailer to show you.
The first thing that comes to mind when most people think of Ratchet & Clank (aside from Qwark’s dashing good looks and unflappable courage) is the incredible array of weaponry.
The Insomniac Games team has always prided themselves on delivering over-the-top weaponry that gives you all kinds of ingenious ways to turn your enemies into space dust. In honour of that extensive and distinguished arsenal, we’ve got the first of a series of videos highlighting the crazy weapons you’ll find in Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One.
There’s lots more videos and weapons to come so check back later….
Ross.

Looks great. It’s one of only two remaining games I want to get this year (the other being Uncharted 3). I might have to play through my previous R&C games. Lost all my saves when my first PS3 died in feb.

Really looking forward to this Ratchet and Clank has been one of the only really consistent game franchise’s going for so long. Started playing my old PS2 games again the other week and they are still classics. Shame Move Heroes spoiled the run. Also looking forward to Sly 4 and I’ve got my fingers crossed for Jak and Daxter.

R&C: All 4 One is playable in single player. When you play single player you play as Ratchet and you’re paired up with Clank.
Then on top of that you can play in multiplayer as seen in the above video. We’ll be talking about single player later on.

I’m afraid I can’t confirm anything to you today.
Sorry….

@ Ross
Yes it´s possible but the whole game is made like a 4 player co-op game. I´m not paying for a game that isn´t designed as a single player game. Just like Uncharted getting to much emphasis on multiplayer what makes me hesitant to buy it (full price anyway).
Like this game there has a lot of effort put in co-op or mp and that is not what I like to play and want to pay for.

One of my favourite franchises so woo yay. However I would prefer they spent the time developing multiplayer on more singleplayer. Not a game series that needs any multiplayer imho but woo yay for the singleplayer as long as it’s not diminished by the multiplayer that I don’t want.

Looking forward to this as always, love R&C.
@8: Yeah, there’ll probably be a collector’s edition.
Btw, Ross, if your reading this could you maybe put forward my idea of searching for items in the store by a given price range? It just makes things a lot easier. Thanks!

Looking forward to this although really should get around to finishing Crack in Time. Will new R&C support 3D? The game viewpoint would be well suited. Now I’ve got my new setup I want almost every game to be in 3D but this would work really well

Ratchet and Clank, the entire series that is…is the reason that I wanna work for Insomniac. They are just consistantly awesome and fun to play games!
This looks no different, at first I was hesistant due to the multiplayer aspect but I’ve really come round to the idea of it.
Simply cant wait to get some more R&C goodness on the go.

This games looks awesome. Can’t wait until it’s available. You can tell from the videos of the game they put out that they have put a lot of effort into making thus game as good as it can be.
