Hi All,

This is Dan McDonald, Producer at Criterion Games. By now you should have heard about the new game from our studio, Burnout CRASH! and I am sure some of you are scratching your heads a little wondering what we have been up to… well let me tell you… Burnout CRASH! is a spin off from our much loved Burnout series but this time focusing solely on the Crash Mode gameplay which you may remember from previous Burnout games.

A lot of games take themselves too seriously, sometimes all you really need is to just kick back, relax and blow stuff up. With that in mind we designed Burnout CRASH! with a tongue in cheek style, harking back to the arcades we all used to hang around in. Our inspirations were manic Pinball gameplay, over the top Game Show style presentation, all tied up with our favourite music tracks from yesterday.

Hello everybody! Ross is at a top secret meeting today (which I don’t even know what it is about) so instead you got me – which is probably for the best because I’m going to be extremely attentive. So “Let’s get this party started!”

Today we are delighted to announce the release of Resident Evil 4 (a personal favourite of mine, which I am sure does not need any explanation) with a discount for PLUS members of 50%. In addition for PLUS members we also have a discount of 50% for The Undergarden, a game the whole family can enjoy.

We also have coming to the store today the pre-order for PAYDAY: The Heist which I am sure you have heard about though our PlayStation Network PLAY promotion. This game is released in early October but please note if you have already bought the four games in the PlayStation Network PLAY promotion you will not need to buy / pre-order this as your copy will come to you as a voucher in your email. Might And Magic: Clash Of Heroes DLC Launching Today

Countries: , , , ,

Have you ever had one of those days that make you want to launch a level 5 Acid Dragon attack at your boss? Well, while we can’t condone assaulting upper management with magical super attacks, there’s still good news, the new I Am the Boss update for Might and Magic Clash of Heroes gives players the chance to square off against all 4 evil bosses from the single player campaigns in Quick Battle or Online Multiplayer modes.

This is your chance to get another taste of vengeance as you take to the battlefield against Azexes, Count Carlyle, Lordess Ludmilla, and overlord Azh Rafir. But these villains aren’t going to lie down and let your attacks march all over them. Each boss has been balanced for Multiplayer action and equipped with their own brand new and uniquely devastating Hero Spells. Watch out for Azexes’ Demon Portal spell, which summons attacks from the depths of Sheogh; your skin will crawl when Lordess Ludmilla calls upon her Spider Swarm to overwhelm you; try to hold onto your lunch when Count Carlyle belches up his Bile Blast straight at you; and you better build some strong walls to defend against Azh Rafir’s deadly Palm Blast spell.

It may not be technically legal to unleash hellhounds on your boss at the office, or fire off a Pixie Blast at that manager whose been giving you a hard time, but with the I Am the Boss update available for Might and Magic Clash of Heroes, we invite you to throw everything you got at our bosses!

For some of you, simply battling these foes may not be enough, and you won’t be happy until you’ve felt the rush of stepping into their evil shoes (or hoofs in the case of Azexes). Lucky for you the upcoming extension allows you to embody each of the four bosses and wield their new powerful attacks in Quick Battle and Online/Offline Multiplayer modes.

Everybody loves a good villain, and this new DLC pack for Might and Magic Clash of Heroes gives players the chance to indulge their dark side while adding a new layer of fun to an already bursting package.

VooFoo Studios Give Us The Latest On Hustle Kings

Greetings! My name is John Kearney and I work as Art Director at VooFoo.

Just over 18 months ago, Hustle Kings was released on PSN. Since launch, 1.4 million online games have been played with over 14.8 million very shiny balls potted (imagine those numbers if we could include offline games)! During that time, we have been busy developing Hustle Kings for PlayStation Vita, in addition to providing regular updates and DLC for the PS3 version.

A thriving community helped guide our direction and allowed us to make significant improvements. We created the hugely popular snooker add-on, free crazy tables, new trick shots, ball-sets, cues and avatars. We also provided support for Move and stereoscopic 3D.
