Is there any info about Marvel Super Hero Squad: The Infinity Gauntlet’s third DLC pack (Doom on the Loose) coming to the EU store? It’s been in the US store for ages.

I asked about this a few weeks ago and you said you’d investigate.

Ok, I’ m trying this again as I got no comment or reply last time…

I have one question to Sony for a long time:
Why can’t you update the store at an earlier hour, like noon?
Why is there never a specific hour and why is it always late (sometimes very late) afternoon?

Microsoft manages to update their stuff around noon, why does Sony have to give them an “advantage” so to say and always be later then the competition?
Just wondering…

Can’t be that difficult to change that and I am sure it would be greatly appreciated by many many people who can and WANT to buy stuff on the store early in the afternoon.
Not everyone has to work until 5 pm. Go figure.

View it from this business perspective:
Think about people with both consoles and little patience. Sony always looses those customers to Xbox because their update is always online hours earlier.
So people who don’t want to wait playing a multi-platform release will always give MS the money.

This is so easily avoided, yet Sony seems to sleep in this regard, which makes little sense.

just a suggestion – when you offer sales how about some variety? not everyone is interested in FPS lets emulate (insert whatever war era here)

Quick Q any word on FEZ read last week that it had been delayed till 2012. Just wondering if there was an update on this?

Anyways back to the slow grind of waiting for something good I guess. Last week was a nice break amongst the lack of decent content that normally comes out thanks to Crysis and Eufloria.

Well done on the Borderlands GOTY deal last week.
The asking price was much more in line with the price of the retail version available from stores.

Hopefully we’ll see continue to see similar good deals on the digital versions from the PS Store in the future.

With the release of inFamous 2: Festival of Blood soon, why not discount the full game and bundle it with the dlc for £25 or so. £47.99 is ridiculous when you consider it’s available for as little as £17.95 online. The same goes for other titles like Mass Effect 2 which can be bought at <60% of the PS Store price vs. the retailers.

Nothing for me today really as I already finished Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition a while ago. Nice update for people who don’t have RES 5 Gold Edition.

For Christs Sake. Andy, can you ask your contacts at Konami, Square, Capcom and lets throw in SCEE the reasons why they choose not to release their games in NZ. If it is a ratings issue then something needs to be fixed.

Was looking forward to Harmony of Despair.

Also will Plus users be receiving a free PSOne game this month? Seems a bit rude to make a mistake and then not offer an alternative.

And my final standard question is will NZ Plus users ever receive their replacement games for Soul Reaver and Lead and Gold.

As part of the Plus team, is there really no way for you to get the right people to look into this major issue for me?

I have lost access to all previously downloaded free games and DLC (pre September). My Plus subscription has never expired since Day 1 of Plus and is still running. I can’t re-download the games, because they have disappeared from my download list. When I navigate to one of the affected items in the Store I have to buy it.

I posted a more detailed description of the situation in the Heads Up Store posts on 21st and 28th September. Both times you replied that I had to contact customer service even though I stated that I had already contacted them in early September (the Danish Playstation customer service at Nordisk Film).

They just told me that they would forward the request to SCEE because they don’t handle PSN issues. They have ignored a recent attempt from me to get an update on when I could expect something to be done by SCEE to rectify the problem.

Hey Andy, I know it’s not your responsibility to handle the Plus stuff, but could you ask if they could maybe try giving some free stuff in the Plus mid month treats rather than always discounts?

I mean, discounts are great and all, but some DLC or avatars and themes or something would be nice.

Somebody should punch THQ for charging £50 for Space Marine… It’s called missing an opportunity! If that was well priced first week out, much higher chance for exposure that at that rediculous price!
