It’s that time of the week again where a new episode of Access drops onto the PlayStation Store, bursting with HD gaming goodies. This week, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations goes under the Game of the Week spotlight, as Access takes an in-depth look at Ezio’s new range of stabby fighting moves.
There’s also the usual round up of hottest stories of the week, which includes an inside look at Toys for Bob’s awesome California studio – the developers behind Spyro’s latest adventure, Skylanders.
As ever there’s a look at the latest content on the PlayStation Store, which this week includes gothic multiplayer slasher, Castlevania: Harmony of Despair.
Other highlights include a visit to the recent Eurogamer Expo, plus you can enjoy some soothing video-game themed music courtesy of the talented folk from the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
To join in the fun visit Access on Facebook at facebook.com/playstationaccess, where you can catch extra video content and sign up for future live events.
Don’t forget you can download the latest episode of Access every Wednesday on the PlayStation Store, free for all UK users. If you live elsewhere then worry not, every episode is uploaded to YouTube on Fridays, meaning you can watch Access wherever you are.

Another great episode
Still leaves me in shock how Uncharted looks for the Vita

Ian’s a bit busy so I’m going to cover off comments today
Paul if you ever get a chance to try Golden Abyss on Vita, do. No video I’ve seen so far does the Vita’s screen justice.
I, of course, am hideously biased – so go check it out for yourself whenever you can.

Dan, if you can get to London this weekend – Access has the first ever opportunity for gamers to play the Uncharted 3 Single Player mode. Naughty Dog will be there too.

And again 10:21 without any news and commercials about a record with gamemusic, stuff on the pss and a few positive comments by customers for future stuff to buy. O and the “in-depth look at Ezio’s new range of stabby fighting moves” was kind of shallow.
All chatted up by a woman who probably never played a ps game in her life.

Hey Otto,
I’m not certain exactly how much of a gamer Lucy Porter is! I would say that the script itself is written by Future Publishing, who make Official PlayStation Magazine and know their gaming stuff.

The HMZ-T1 3D headsets do look very cool, but playing games through it might prove tricky as you cannot see your hands or controller!

@ MonkeyBrainsToo
If you want a decent headset get this: http://goo.gl/GwYXJ
Has the same quality as a Turtle Beach one & the audio that pumps through it is fantastic! You won’t be able to hear anything else apart from your game though, as the sound is that crisp lol!
Can become a bit heavy after a few hours though but you’ll get used to it!

I would love one of the 3D ones but can’t afford it with all the great but expensive games I’m getting *cough Uncharted 3 Explorer Edition cough* and then Christmas then PS Vita!
