Happy Friday everyone – the latest episode of Access is now available for your online viewing pleasure. This week has seen a glut of mega-releases on PS3, one of which – EA’s Need For Speed: The Run – stars as Game of the Week. You can check out the stunning Frostbite 2.0-powered visuals and also hear from The Run’s Producer Alex Grimbley, as he talks about why those controversial ‘on foot’ sections are really nothing to be scared of.
Also out this week was stab-happy blockbuster Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, and Access take you behind the scenes with developers Ubisoft Montreal, where we heard from the men responsible for Ezio’s sterling send-off.
There’s also a first look at scrappy comic fighter, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, with special attention reserved for plucky lawyer-turned-martial arts master, Phoenix Wright. Find out how the Ace Attorney star fares against Hulk, Wolverine and co. in Access’ Bonus Level.
Chart-topping shooter Modern Warfare 3 takes centre stage in the Store roundup this week, plus there’s a special guest appearance from Saints Row: The Third’s Professor Genki in your PlayStation Briefing – you really don’t want to miss it.

I download access evry wendsday and why isnt this blog post put up friday and not wendsday?
also why is it put up on friday for youtube?

Hey DAVIE222,
Nice questions! I have simple answers:
1. Access TV is exclusive to the PlayStation Store from Wednesday to Friday. We want to ensure that registered PSN users get to watch the show before anyone else.
2. The blog post goes up on Friday so that we can include the video in the post!

There’s a few boring reasons mrfodder. We’re looking into distributing it to other stores on a Wednesday, can’t promise anything yet but I’m doing my best for you
Access TV will always be on YouTube on a Friday though. You can catch it on iTunes too, of you’re apple-inclined!

“Right this second” now or “lately” now?
Right this second I’m having a quick cup of tea and pondering boring stuff like meetings and presentations. Yay.
Lately I’m working on PlayStation Access, which is all about getting you guys up to date with what’s going on with PlayStation in the UK, competitions, experiences (get involved with us on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/playstationaccess?) and other sweet stuff. Oh, and smashing in the faces of Dragons on Skyrim.

any access episodes for The Playstation 4 out in japan in 2014 as Final Fantasy Versus XIII Is the first available game out for it. Playstation 4 USA & Europe release Date in 2015 but im importing it 2014. Plus the built in UMD player to play PSP games on PS4 looks good.
