In a worldwide exclusive, the TEKKEN team have today released the first 7 minutes of much anticipated, feature length 3D CG movie TEKKEN Blood Vengeance exclusively via the TEKKEN channel on YouTube. The screening will run for 7 days, starting today and ending on Thursday 24th November.

TEKKEN Blood Vengeance digs deeper into the corrupt underbelly of the Mishima Zaibatsu, Ling Xiaoyu and Alisa Bosconovitch and uncovers dark secrets that could destroy the Mishima family for ever, but will they survive long enough to reveal all?

“There’s a lot that TEKKEN fans will learn when they watch TEKKEN Blood Vengeance, and I’m excited to give people this sneak preview,” said Katsuhiro Harada, TEKKEN Project Leader at NAMCO BANDAI Games Inc. “The film is a taste of the future for the TEKKEN franchise and I really want you all to watch it!”

The movie footage features the English VO, but if you click on the CC button on the bottom right of the video frame you can access subtitles for French, Italian, German and Spanish, as well as Japanese, Russian, Korean and Chinese.

TEKKEN Blood Vengeance is set to feature on next week’s PS3 release TEKKEN Hybrid. TEKKEN Hybrid comprises three great pieces of TEKKEN content with 3D CG movie TEKKEN Blood Vengeance, the classic TEKKEN Tag Tournament remastered in HD, and an exclusive prologue to TEKKEN Tag Tournament 2 which is currently only available in arcades across Japan and some countries in Asia.

For TEKKEN fans everywhere, TEKKEN Hybrid is an absolute must-have.

Happy Friday everyone – the latest episode of Access is now available for your online viewing pleasure. This week has seen a glut of mega-releases on PS3, one of which – EA’s Need For Speed: The Run – stars as Game of the Week. You can check out the stunning Frostbite 2.0-powered visuals and also hear from The Run’s Producer Alex Grimbley, as he talks about why those controversial ‘on foot’ sections are really nothing to be scared of.

Also out this week was stab-happy blockbuster Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, and Access take you behind the scenes with developers Ubisoft Montreal, where we heard from the men responsible for Ezio’s sterling send-off.

There’s also a first look at scrappy comic fighter, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, with special attention reserved for plucky lawyer-turned-martial arts master, Phoenix Wright. Find out how the Ace Attorney star fares against Hulk, Wolverine and co. in Access’ Bonus Level.

Phew, you like it! So… it’s been a week of everyone getting to grips with VidZone 2.0 and after a flood of very, very beautiful feedback from all of you, we think it’s definitely time to continue giving you more. This week as well as loads of new videos and updates to many of our Zones, we also have three brand new zones to unveil for you.

We have decided to dedicate a zone each to what you have always told us was your favourite decades for music videos, the 80′s Zone and the 90′s Zone! Now you can explore both the decade that bought us synthesisers, new romantics, big hair and power ballads or immerse yourself in the 10 years that we encountered boy bands, shell suits, bum bags and novelty pop records (Hanson anyone?). We also have added TV Zone for you to easily browse our many TV Channels. For full details see our Spotlight Zone section below.

For all of you having the “black screen at startup” issue, this issue is now fixed, just relaunch the application and it should work, if not delete the application and re-download from the store and retry. Saturn Returns (Lior Shamriz, Israel)Lucy, a privileged North American in contemporary Berlin, living a life of post-Punk hedonism, roams the streets with her best friend, Derek. Together they use the city like a playground, a stage, and a never ending party. Into their lives enters Galia, a young Israeli woman carrying the promise of a better, cleaner way of living.

A tribute to Punk underground films turns into a melodrama in Saturn Returns, mirroring Lucy and Galia’s modulating states of mind. Their look into each other’s life and culture, becomes an investigation of empty facades. The film was constructed by both improvised and pre-scripted scenes, as required by the nature of each scene.
