It’s a question as old as zombies themselves – How do you kill a zombie? I find that most zombie-killing machines fall into one of two main categories: guns and melee weapons. Yakuza: Dead Souls makes sure that you can experience both from the comfort of your own home. After the trailer, a brief discussion on the weapons you’ll have at your disposal in Yakuza: Dead Souls.
Guns – A reliable source of zombie obliteration. A well-timed headshot goes a long way in zombie eradication, and Yakuza: Dead Souls has more than enough guns to choose from. (Don’t forget that you can play as Ryuji Goda, whose fake arm is a gatling gun!) Additionally, Yakuza: Dead Souls allows you to “heat snipe” items for maximum zombie carnage. Horde of zombies got you craving more fire power? Well then snipe the gas tank on a nearby car and watch the explosion spread!
Melee – If you’re anything like me, you’re thinking, “Alright, guns are cool but what happens if I’m out of ammo or just plain feel like slapping a zombie around?” The answer: pick something up and slap a zombie! Yakuza: Dead Souls lets you play with reliable, time-tested zombie-killing things: chainsaws, baseball bats, grenades, etc., and also allows you to get slightly more creative with your melee weapons: Motorbike? Poles? Desk? Go for it!

I was going to make another joke about ‘what’s a shenmue’ but I remember last time I did this you took me FAR TOO SERIOUSLY.
I can’t comment on those games, as they are published by Namco and SCEI respectively. I know SEGA has been involved in the past, but not any more.

My book on zombie survival (yes, there really is one…) says the Halberd is the ultimate zombie killing device.
Personally I’m an advocate of strapping a nuke to your forehead and nutting them to oblivion.

yeah, bullets work really well, but anything with some weight you can get a good swing in with should be effective.
if this is anything like previous Yakuza games there won’t be a shortage of improvised weaponry.
there’s just something magical about beating up a bad guy with a bicycle. ^_^

Bleach new episodes looking good how they bring out there full bring amazed me but SERIOUSLY there bringing out a new Bleach Game for playstation 3 maybe there add tag battles this time with playstation network online multiplayer functions but who knows. but SERIOUSLY SEGA need to get there money back so they can make there own consoles again as i still have my SEGA megadrive 24 bit with CD function for Sonic CD plus my Dream Cast with loads games i still have for my SEGA Dream Cast. what ever happen to SEGA Dolphin idea??

Well, Yakuza is a series that’s always a day-1 must-buy for me. I wonder how/if they handles decapitations. This engine never had to render anything like it before.
