‘Heads-Up’ PlayStation Store Update 11th January 2012

I have contacted customer services by both phone and email and still have not recieved a Jurassic park code.

I have a question: When will Sony be able to release free 16+ rated content in Germany? It’s absolutely a lie when you say that you’re legally not allowed to – you are, you just have to jump trough hoops. And you’d only have to jump through that hoop once! Germany is one of the biggest gaming markets in Europe and we’re still getting treated like second-class gamers. Yes, we know it’s a pain that our government doesn’t make it as easy for you as it is in other countries but Microsoft managed to find a way around that, and other companies have found a way too. And that’s not only because they’re American companies operating from America. I’m worried because we’re more and more moving towards digital distribution and it seems like Sony is not the horse to bet on when it comes to DD. So please tell me if there’s actually anyone working on resolving that issue?

On a more serious note I really am looking forward to playing it. Looks brilliant. I noticed the Americans have to wait an extra week for it because they wanted it cheaper to lol.

well if you liked FF13 then you won;t be disappointed as its more of the same except you get a little moggle to follow you around – if you hated FF13 like me then you won’t like FF13-2 either – i really wish Square would remember what it takes to make good games – unfortunately that was Squaresoft that made great memorable games and Square – Enix just puts out visually stunning but vacuous games

really hoping we get the NIS sale like the US had awhile ago also maybe putting the Disagea3 stuff on sale – especially as the cost for all it around £35 is a bit much

Still no TRINE 2 for PS3 in the EU?
360 got it since 21. December worldwide! US PSN since 20. December.
Eurogamer revealed recently that the reason is the game failed Sony CE Europe QA.
Frozenbyte commented saying they don’t understand why, as the game is 100% identical to the US version (even languages).

So – again – as with Mortal Kombat Arcade and many, many other titles before, a delay of several weeks is due to Sony QA…

Now I am not one who usually complains a lot here, but…
PLEASE SONY, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, DELAYS OF SEVERAL WEEKS FOR NO GOOD REASON NOT ONLY HURT (AND ANNOY!) YOUR COSTUMERS BUT ALSO YOU!
YOU LOOK EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPARED TO MICROSOFT ( THEY NEVER HAVE THESE ISSUES) AND IN GENERAL!

BE MORE EFFICIENT IN YOUR QA PROCEDURES, THESE DELAYS ARE UNACCEPTABLE!

This may not be the best place to ask this but I can’t think of any other place to do so : when are we going to see playstation content on the Xperia devices (especially the Xperia Play)?

What about Rock Band DLC? We’re waiting for 2112 from NYE and the new Hall & Oates tracks, no sign of them yet? Or were they just forgotten in this page?

And I know it’s not the right place to ask but as it’s STILL not been addressed, what’s happening with Arc The Lad? Come on guys, get your acts together.

nice update i’m really looking forward for amy and final fantasy XIII-2 demo and maybe picking up some saints row the third avatars as well as the red faction guerilla avatars thanx for a sweet update thanx andy please see my comment and please see that i am going to ask you kindly but see it not ignore it when are we going to get the last of us avatars honestly and are we going to get the Blue Toad Murder Files Avatars just like US got yesterday in the update and one more thing about some avatars these avatars Monster Hunter Freedom Unite Avatars are we going to get them too please keep me contacted i wanna know about this thanx bro that was a great update for this week maybe next week will be more sweeter and put more games ad stuffs!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like how Sega prices their PSN games recently. These prices are lower than most retail prices. While I could get them cheaper, buying them via PSN becomes really tempting this way.

Ooh, Darksiders under £10 with Plus – rented that for a week not long after it came out but never completed it – may be time to correct that.

cause a few update´s back you said you diden´t get a reply,
Funny thing is NIS america said you guys never contacted em and if you actually would they would have hurried it´s release.

and why don´t you ever add a japanese import game on the list unlike SCEA.

o ya and secondly the NIS america DLC that hasen´t been added 2 the netherlands yet they say it has 2 be writen in dutch according 2 SCEE rules. is this true and if so it´s retarded cause the full games in english just release DLC and forget about the stupid description in original language.

Sweet. Nice update. I’m pretty keen to check out Amy, and I’m tempted to try the Final Fantasy XIII-2 demo. I have the crystal edition (ebgames exclusive) pre-ordered and I can’t wait to get my hands on it on Feb 2.

Might try Darksiders, but 10gb download… Ouch! I might wait until next week when my usage resets for that one.

or a original Verison of Final Fantasy 10 coming for it.
The Remake is only for PS3 and Vita..

Is there any news on the Renegade Ops DLC that those of us that preordered/purchased the game as part of the PSN Play promotion were told we would receive for free? It was advertised that we would receive a free pack for two new characters & vehicles, but we still haven’t received this.

Friend I was speaking to last night was on about a ps1 game called Project Eden. Any chance it’ll head to the store at all? Still no Trine 2 or the latest Zen pinball table.

Why is it that Deck Pack 3 for Magic 2012 is released when the first two still haven’t been?

It has been a month now since the original mix up yet they still haven’t been released. The US now has all the deck packs and all are working fine…it has gotten beyond a joke now, and I have lost all interest in supporting Wizards/Stainless and Sony by giving them my cash. There is a rumour going round that Magic 2013 is to be released in June…I highly doubt I will be picking that up anymore.

Would be nice to get a answer 4 once, any news on counter strike Go…?. release date, and price.

Seriously, where the heck is Trine 2? It’s not funny anymore. Enough shooting yourself in the foot, Sony.
